호텔 내부는 깔끔하였고 객실 내부도 깨끗했다. 다만 복도의 소리가 잘 들린다는 것이 단점이었다. 베트남 아이들이 새벽부터 복도에서 장난을 쳐서 시끄러웠다. 조식도 종류가 많은 편이었는데, 이른 아침 투어를 진행하는 베트남의 특성상 아침 일찍 가지 않으면 먹을 것이 별로 없다.. 리셉션의 직원도 영어를 할줄알았고 호텔 내부에 루프탑바와 수영장, 기념품샵 등 편의 시설이 많다.

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, nệm êm, tuy nhiên nhà vệ sinh không có quạt thông khí riêng nên rất hầm và gây ra mùi khó chịu (tầng 7), có phàn nàn với nhân viên và được trả lời là do hệ thông quạt thông khí là của cả tầng nên nếu mở thì phải mở cả tầng và rất ồn. Khuôn viên khách sạn thoáng mát, sạch sẽ. Buffet sáng phong phú, ngon miệng. Nhân viên phục vụ tận tình và chu đáo.

I booked 2 rooms in the same group, but the front desk was arranged at a distance from the room even though I asked for 2 consecutive rooms at check-in. I don't know if it's because of booking through the app that the room is not prioritized.

The hotel is right in the city center, there is a Petrolimex gas station opposite, very convenient. There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby that can deliver hot food to the hotel's door, very convenient for vegetarians. However, the hotel's restaurant does not have many dishes for vegetarians (apart from boiled corn, sweet potatoes and sticky rice at breakfast). If lunch is only fried noodles with vegetables. The receptionist also gave me the wrong room with a TWIN bed while I carefully noted the room book as Double. The hotel also does not call to confirm the booking of guests when booking through a 3rd party. In general, the hotel also meets the basic needs of accommodation! 😊
