There are many places in Muong Thanh, but none are as bad as this one. The hotel stinks, the staff is terrible, and the beds are dirty.

Vị trí: khá xa trung tâm Nhân viên lễ tân: gặp nhiều lúng túng khi tìm khoá phòng khách gửi, không thân thiện lắm. Buffet: tạm ổn, ít món Phòng: sạch sẽ, điều hoà tốt, tivi không kết nối mạng, không có áo choàng tắm, xà phòng hủ có hủ không, không có túi vải để đồ sau khi mặc, nhân viên lễ tân đưa cho 2 cái túi nilong bé tẹo teo, đèn ngủ mở không được Xe máy phải đi gửi 1 đoạn rồi đi bộ lại.

The hotel is very comfortable. The female receptionist is cute, welcoming and supportive, very enthusiastic when I have questions or requests. Hotel staff are polite and cute. I had a very satisfied stay.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, the towels and old towels are too torn. I think I should change my scarf. Service is also pretty ok. Beautiful pool next to Highland Coffee.

Buffet breakfast very little choice Wifi weak and unstable The rules of check out are somewhat stiff. In other hotels check out after 2h not charge in non-peak season. But Muong Thanh is forced to charge after 12 hours. Clean rooms, spacious. Staff friendly
