Friendly staff. Parking right in the hotel basement. Impressed with the large reception hall. The room is very spacious but the room layout makes the space a bit sparse. The minus point is the large balcony but there are no chairs for guests.

I stayed and clearly noted on the app that late check-out was not responded to, called before arriving but no one answered many times.
Asked the staff if there was an airport shuttle service, on August 29, the hotline staff was annoyed 🥲
The room was set up poorly, 3 guests got a set of noodles 😅, even though that was charged. The balcony was beautiful but there was no table and chairs to watch the sea 😒
The hotel is under repair, there are many inconveniences but no response to guests. I was a bit disappointed because Muong Thanh in other cities were very wow and enthusiastic, so I booked Nha Trang but it was the same...
The breakfast buffet had many duplicate dishes, almost only 1 or 2 dishes were changed, very boring 🥲

Kid club, gym, pool area have no air conditioning. Especially for the pool area there is a small fan but it can not be plugged in. Breakfast buffet is bad, cold food, not diverse, no toaster. Poor quality toilet paper in the room. Overall not worth 5 stars.

The food was not varied, almost the same every day. On our second day, the soup, corn, portridge were not hot at all because the electric pots were not working. The bread toaster was not working either.

The lobby staff was very enthusiastic, showed me where to eat, where to park, and gave me instructions to get to my room. The only thing was that check-in was a bit late. I got my second room at 2:30 p.m.

Friendly staff. Parking right in the hotel basement. Impressed with the large reception hall. The room is very spacious but the room layout makes the space a bit sparse. The minus point is the large balcony but there are no chairs for guests.

I stayed and clearly noted on the app that late check-out was not responded to, called before arriving but no one answered many times.
Asked the staff if there was an airport shuttle service, on August 29, the hotline staff was annoyed 🥲
The room was set up poorly, 3 guests got a set of noodles 😅, even though that was charged. The balcony was beautiful but there was no table and chairs to watch the sea 😒
The hotel is under repair, there are many inconveniences but no response to guests. I was a bit disappointed because Muong Thanh in other cities were very wow and enthusiastic, so I booked Nha Trang but it was the same...
The breakfast buffet had many duplicate dishes, almost only 1 or 2 dishes were changed, very boring 🥲

Kid club, gym, pool area have no air conditioning. Especially for the pool area there is a small fan but it can not be plugged in. Breakfast buffet is bad, cold food, not diverse, no toaster. Poor quality toilet paper in the room. Overall not worth 5 stars.
