The owners are super enthusiastic, they helped us check in early and check out late because we couldn't get back to the hotel in time, they were also happy to help. The room was always clean. Everyone please visit and support the owners!

Close to the Night Market and the morning market and you can walk from this Hotel to Sun Plaza for about 20 minutes while window shopping because the shops around the hotel are cheap and sell cold clothes hahaha. The service is good, there is a restaurant but it is not halal, the WiFi is fast and there is a lift

Friendly hotel owner, reasonable cheap hotel. Near Phuong Trang bus station - 100m away (old Ha Son Hai Van). Near the market (100m away). About 1km from the stone church (nice walk). Very good price

The owner is helpful and friendly. She can give recommendation place where I need to go. Location near Sapa Market but far from Sapa Center and more destinations in Sa Pa. Because I explored city by walk so need extra time and energy. The room is clean but ac not doing well. So I got fan. They have a lift for access. The bed hard mattress. No welcome drink, and if you took a mineral bottle from room will get a charge. Additional charge if you early check in, 100VND. I like hospitality from the owner. Thankyou.

I recommend this hotel for those who want to go to Sapa on a budget but still comfortable~ the location is close to Sapa Night Market, for a budget room with no view it's still okay because the facilities are complete (heater, hot water, cupboard, etc.) and Sapa is a small city and comfortable for walking, so the location is still okay~ btw the hotel owner also lives in the same building and is very friendly such a lovely fams!

The hotel is close to the market and night market, walking distance to everywhere, whether to the lake or Sun Plaza, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and has an elevator, it looks like a new hotel so it's still very fresh, the price is reasonable, but it's not suitable for introverts, because the owner also lives in the hotel, it's more suitable as a semi-apartment if I see it, if you want to go out, you will definitely meet the owner in the living room, just to say hello and be friendly, I really like staying at that hotel because it's clean.

Hotelnya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota, dkt dg sapa market dan bus stop, pemilik hotel sangat baik dan ramah, krn kita datang skitar jam 6 pagi, kita di ijinkan untuk early check in dg tambahan biaya yg murah 100k VND. Kamar wangi, bersih, rapi, toilet bersih, heater berfungsi dg baik, untuk minuman yg di meja diluar booking hotel, jd kalau kalian minum, ad biaya tambahan. Disana jg menyediakan penyewaan motor, manual 100k VND dan matic 150k VND. Kita sewa manual, motornya enak bgt mesinnya, sdh dpt 2 helm, pom bensin dekat, saran sy, jika hanya untuk berkeliling sapa, seperti catcat village, fansipan, atau keliling kota, mungkin tdk perlu isi full (full=80k VND), itu kita pakai 2 hari ga berkurang bensinnya, isi secukupnya saja. Overall, terbaik dah harganya jg terjangkau, lokasi strategis, terimakasih
