Room is not the same as in the picture. Oh my God. into the room, the smell of moldy smell is very bad. Tell the staff to move another room a little better then the blanket is bad. It was too cramped for the sleeping night to be so uncomfortable. Overall not satisfied and will not come back again

The hotel has all necessary facilities, enthusiastic and friendly staff. However the light in the room and the corridor was slightly dark. Simple breakfast but also good enough. Price is suitable for location and quality. If I have a chance to come to Hanoi next time, I will probably choose this hotel again.

The morning staff are very enthusiastic. The room was initially damp but after the reflection, it was solved well by you guys. Stable. Simple breakfast buffet selected by menu. Pretty fit.

The hotel's air conditioner is very hot. When I went to the market or restaurant is very hot but in the room is not different from the outside. Need to change and improve breakfast foods too. Thank you.

the location is near to the airport bus 86 stop. so we can just walk few minutes to the hotel. The bathroom need to renovate. the price already include with the breakfast.
