The people were exceptionally nice knowledgeable and kind. Ask Ms Julie for her food recommendations she got us a table at Michelins star restaurant within a night of my casually talking about it. But her street food recommendations were off the track and soooo good. Super convenient location. Three weeks felt like an afternoon.

On a very long honeymoon with lots of stops, this has probably been our favorite hotel. Great staff, great facilities, excellent location, most comfortable bed ever! Very accommodating and the breakfast is great. When we come back to Hanoi, we will stay here again!

This hotel does not fall under five star luxury. It might be for the local standards. The staff is nice and polite but if you're looking for luxury don't expect too much by visiting this hotel. My room was city view and all i saw outside my window was slums of Hanoi. The noise from the pool area in the evening when rooftop bar opens was easy too much. It was impossible to have a good night sleep until late hours. I would not return.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!

Beautiful hotel…infact stunning! Good pool/outside bar area on roof.
Amazing staff: so attentive. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight’s timing. We were prepared to sit and wait in the lobby but they put us in the spa so we could sleep on beds: so kind. Thank u Minh!
The room was really good & the breakfast buffet had everything, with really diligent staff!

Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... Really liked Sophie, she saw to all of our needs, but all of the staff were great and keen to help!

All the staff were so accommodating and also welcoming.
Breakfast is not to be missed !! Seriously if you can’t find something to eat in the morning that’s on you. We would definitely stay again.

Generally good, great rooftop pool & bar & views but our room on the 2nd floor had issues 1 after the other, fire alarm went off for no reason, ceiling fan stopped working, aircon stopped working, de humidifier also stopped- so room was damp & smelt damp. Staff however fixed each issue as it arose promptly but would have preferred a room swap higher up!
