The staff is enthusiastic. The location is near the center, a bit far from the beach. The room is spacious, the view is clear, and the amenities are complete. The bed has a little dust. There is a swimming pool, breakfast at the buffet restaurant with many basic dishes. Spacious parking lot. Satisfied with the price and quality. I want to come back to this hotel.

I've been here many times, the rooms are always clean and tidy. The service is lovely too, the food is delicious, the portions are large, the price is not much different from restaurants, I love the staff here forever ❤❤

everything ok. only breakfast. food ran out and not replenished. sat and waited for 30 minutes. breakfast alone is terrible in replenishing food. with cheap price, I don't require variety of food but at least the quantity must be enough. if many guests stay, the hotel must know and make provisions. bad. bad.

Everything is good, I was about to give 10d but when I got the car, my mood dropped. I was riding a white Honda SH motorbike, the motorbike didn't take tickets so I locked the neck. As a result, my motorbike was squeezed into a corner next to other motorbikes, it looked very shabby + scratched even though the parking space was very spacious.

Khách sạn vị trí đẹp,phòng rộng rãi thoáng view rất đẹp,buffet ngon. Đã ở nhiều hotel ở Vũng Tàu nhưng đây là hotel làm gia đình mình vừa ý nhất. Nhất định sẽ book lại petro hotel khi quay lại VT.

khách sạn này mình từng ở nhiều lần nhưng lần này quay lại mình thấy tệ hơn nhiều. Đầu tiên vô sảnh là thấy trống trơ, quầy cafe bánh ngọt hồi xưa đã dẹp và bellman cũng không còn phải tự mang đồ lên. Mình nhận phòng apartment mà cái jacuzzi nó không hoạt động, vòi sen thì mở nước nó quay tứ tung không định hình được, giường lún nằm ngủ đau lưng, 2 bên giường không có ổ cắm sạc điện thoại bất tiện. Sau đó mình đổi qua delux seaview thì đỡ hơn nhưng giường vẫn lún. Hồ bơi thì đã bị lấy hết ghế ngồi luôn , hồi xưa mình không xuong được do hồ cao tận 1m6 nhưng mình thich ngồi ghế nhìn ra bên núi ngồi chill. Phòng gym và massage đã đóng cửa, may mà nhà hàng vẫn còn và sáng vẫn có buffet. nhân viên đung nấu quầy buffet không thân thiện, chiên cái trứng ốp la còn khét , kêu làm trứng khuấy ( scramble) thì đúng nghĩa là cái trứng đập vô khuấy nát bét không có gia vị , không ot chuông, không bacon hay ham, không định hình luôn. Là cái trứng tệ nhất mình từng ăn trong buffet. Hi vọng khách sạn cải tiến nên mình mới dành tg viết nhiều như vậy. Điểm cộng là giá rẻ nha, không tăng giá lễ tết và phong delux có bồn tắm nằm. nhân viên lễ tân và dọn phòng thân thiện. Với cái giường lún này thì trừ khi khách sạn đổi nệm mới , chứ mình sẽ không quay lại cả 2 đêm đều ngủ không ngon
