The address does not match the address on the app so I couldn't find it and had to call the hotel's phone number (The correct address is 39 Nguyen Hong). The hotel doesn't have an elevator so climbing up to the room is tiring. The plus point is that the staff is very enthusiastic to help bring luggage up. Compared to the price range, the room is quite okay. The area is near the walking street and restaurants so it's very convenient.

Khách sạn khá cũ, toilet nền bong tróc và có kiến. Phòng nghe hết âm thanh xung quanh và đặc biệt là tiếng cửa cuốn. Nên đang ngủ mà nghe thì khá đáng sợ. :)) Drap, nệm không biết dơ hay cũ nhưng không sạch lắm. Không đề xuất.

Nhân viên nhà nghỉ thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhưng nói là khách sạn thì hơi quá, nên Phan Rang Hotel chỉ nên gọi là nhà nghỉ thôi. Phòng giá 250k hôi, bí bách và không cách âm. Sau đó mình xin chuyển sang phòng 325k thì đỡ hôi hơn, nhưng phòng chỉ có 1 sọt đựng rác trong nhà vệ sinh, tấm nhựa bồn cầu thì lung lay và chậu rửa mặt thì bị tắc.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is near many restaurants. The only poor thing about the hotel is it 's cleanliness, I'd give it 2 out of 5. The room looks clean, but it smells terrible. Other than that, our Phang Rang trip was amazing.
