Booking on the app says breakfast is included. Contacted the hotel and the staff said there are no benefits, it's an app error. The location is close, but not close enough to walk to tourist attractions.

Because of my personal schedule, I had to change my stay. According to the app, the hotel has no cancellation or rescheduling policy. However, after I texted the hotel, the hotel freely agreed to let me change the date for free. 10 VND for service and enthusiasm.

Clean rooms are not clean, blankets pillow to bed is not clean, scent lifts say clean but slow, 4-person room only for 2 bottles of springs. There are flower pots without flowers standing around and waiting for the children to play safely without cleaning. In short, very disappointed.

I was booked but when I got to the hotel for one night, the receptionist said the system was faulty, sorry and I had to move the room. I have absolutely no idea until moving to another room, really very dirty and cramped, wifi not working, irresponsible staff, sand on the floor and wet water throughout the bathroom!

1. new bedding required. Tools for cleaning such as paper. Soaps or combs and toothbrushes are not replaced. 2. Room and room booking mode already, forced guests into the room did not meet the original requirements. The receptionist is very lovely, only one friend said the opposite is female friends.) 3.
