The apartment was delightful, it was designed in a modern and sleek way. The bed was comfortable for me. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. Free water every day. The lake is within walking distance, there are food options everywhere, super market and so many restaurants nearby for some quick shopping so it was good as well. I have stayed in several apartments in Hanoi, this place is the best so far. Great value & service.

I have stayed in this lovely hotel for several times and pleasure to return to Hanoian Elite Home Hotel. Staff are excellent. Berry looked after us amazingly, make sure we have everything we would needs. The entire staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and good quality coffee. We had a great stay in this friendly hotel. We were provided free upgrade room and free breakfast although we did not book for it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and memorable one. Our stay falls on the new year Eve and we were invited to the new year party breakfast in the morning (food was delicious and fruits were fresh). I will definitely recommend anyone staying here it is close to all the attractions in the old quarters.
