Great balcony view, the hotel has a beautiful view and full hot water. It would be even better if there was a soaking bathtub. The motorbike is a bit weak. The hotel is also quite close to the center so it is convenient to move

The hotel is clean, comfortable and dreamy, with lots of flowers, a view straight out to the mountainside, and you can see the sunrise. We only stayed here for one night but the staff were super helpful. Next time I come to Da Lat, I will definitely come back here.

The room is as I booked. The view is okay, overlooking Robin Hill cable car. Quiet space if you really need to "relax". A small suggestion would be that if the toilet had plastic slippers to wear, it would be better. The hotel is 3km from the center, suitable for those who don't mind moving.

nice hotel, I stayed for one day so I booked quickly, the room was spacious, but a bit smelly, there was a place to park the car but it also had to go down a little hill, at first I was a bit surprised by the hill but it was okay

Le tan nu khong lich su. Noi chuyen coc loc. May ma đat phong 1 ngay thu chu ko đat nhieu. Noi chung o cung đuoc. Ko co nhu cau quay lai.

Rất rất thích không gian , không khí ở nơi này luôn , mình lên làm việc nên đa phần là từ 9h sáng tới 6h tối là ở khách sạn không đi đâu 😄 nên là phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát rộng là cho 10 điểm liền , mình ở ngày thường nên thoải mái không đông đúc rất yên tĩnh để làm việc thư giãn , nói chung là không có gì để chê luôn và tất nhiên mình sẽ còn quay lại đây rất nhiều lần nữa mỗi khi thấy stress áp lực cs ở Sài gòn 🥲

Phòng sạch sẽ, Hạng phòng gác mái khá rộng và thoáng , có điều không có thang máy và lối vào khách sạn 2 bên đều có dốc khá bất tiện cho gia đình có con nhỏ. Nhóm bạn trẻ thì oke , có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy tại khách sạn luôn.

Một trãi nghiệm không vui. Khách sạn xa trung tâm, đường vào dốc cao và nhỏ khó cho ai đi xe 4 bánh. Sáng dậy 6 giờ phải đi tìm phục vụ mở cửa để đi. Nhân viên phục vụ hỗn và mất lịch sự khi khách lau xe do sương để ngoài trời làm ướt xe nên khách dùng vòi nước bên ngoài. Sẽ không có lần sau.

Giao phòng không giống hình đã đăng .đặt ban công view núi .giao cái phòng ban công view toilel. Chán thất vọng. Sẽ không bao giờ trở lại khách sạn này nữa.

Khách sạn view đẹp nhưng phòng dọn không sạch sẽ (còn khăn xài rồi của khách trước trong tủ đồ nhà tắm), lúc tắm thì không có nước nóng phải gọi nhân viên lên sửa, sửa xong thì có nước nóng lại khoảng 5', sau đó lại phải tắm nước lạnh, quá tệ! Có lẽ vì là khách sạn gia đình nên nhân viên lễ tân không được thân thiện lắm, mình thuê xe đã mắc hơn so với bên ngoài rồi nhưng nón bảo hiểm lại bị hư, thuê xe nửa ngày nhưng vẫn tính phí 1 ngày. Nói chung mình đánh giá khá tệ tại đây.

I arrived at 01:00 AM since I took a bus from Ho Chi Minh and it was really slow. The reception happily assist us with the check-in processes even at that time and without prior notice that we will arrived very late. The hotel room was spacious, clean and neat.

The room is large but there are a few electrical outlets (electrical outlets in some locations are a bit difficult to use). The bed is big and soft. The hotel is enthusiastic. But the hotel is located on a slightly sloping location, a small alley that can only fit a car.

Chỗ ở view đẹp, yên tĩnh. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Mình nhận phòng trễ tầm 9g tối nên kiếm khách sạn hơi khó vì trời tối và không rành đường. Mình có gọi điện nhờ nhân viên tiếp tân giúp đỡ chỉ đường. Tuy nhiên thái độ nhân viên rất thời hơ. Kiểu giống như thấy mình trả tiền phòng trước trên ứng dụng nên không cầm khách hay sao á. Đến nơi thì mình hỏi để xe ở đâu a, anh đấy bảo vào trong. Trả lời kiểu khó chịu, rất thái độ. Đề nghị khách sạn nên training lại anh nhân viên đấy giúp mình. Chứ tập trung vô phòng đẹp view đẹp mà nhân viên như thế thì khó khách mà ghé lại nữa.
