I booked a room with a bed of 450k, when they came to the place they gave a 2 bed room and did not say anything more, when I checked out, I charged 500k because the room was out of room, why didn't I say it in the first place? The room also does not include breakfast as noted on traveloka. Resort that is sticky as a motel, extremely disappointed when booking on the app this time

Firstly, the parking lot staff, 3,4 people to collect the parking fee 30,000VND, I just asked myself again that the resort also paid half the car, the staff answered who know whether she is here or not, I say that I have a hotel booking already, if I need to show, the staff sometimes do not know how I'm here or not? I'm annoyed to say I have reservations here to arrest me Paying parking is too unreasonable, now the new staff calm down is to pay back and then the hotel will pay back, that is through a station, the second station softer, is only asked to buy The ticket to the car is not, and the last station in front of the resort is questioned once again, to enter the resort gate must go through 3 parking stations, and staff keep the car, hotel room is clean but smells c Shrimp crabs, hot and cold shower heads are broken, toilet water is stagnant, breakfast is very long, service is slow, management responds very lightly, but talk to previous staff Customers are very loud.
