the pond is full of garbage, dirty and no cleaning staff. -The room is dark and old, the toilet is small, after bathing the water cannot drain and overflows onto the floor, there is not even a razor and you have to call the receptionist to bring it - The afternoon tea is called not even a little fruit, cake, just a little lipton tea + coffee like charity

For me, the room lights were quite dark, and the breakfast was not varied. My friend wanted to swim at night in the pool, but the pool said it closed at 8pm, which made us quite uncomfortable. The resort is big but has such a limited swimming time...

Thank you SGMN resort because my family was enthusiastically supported by the receptionists and they upgraded our family to P for free. Although there are a few mosquitoes at night, if you have a small family, SGMN is not a bad choice. This season is hot but the campus is cool because of the coconut trees so the sun is not too harsh at noon.

Looking at the pictures, I saw an old hotel, old style, and it was on the other side of the street, not a beach bungalow, so I was worried. But when I arrived, I was surprised. The old French architecture, everything is airy and light, with layers, small and pretty, so even though it is old style, it doesn't feel rustic and stuffy, but everything is moderate and comfortable. The room is spacious enough, clean, and thankfully doesn't smell musty like some reviews said. The area across the street seems to be quieter than the bungalow area, so while staying, it is quiet and light, just like a resort. In general, in terms of space and architecture, everything is harmonious, comfortable, airy and clean. Breakfast is also delicious even though there are few dishes (just enough for me), the sitting space is high and airy, not heavy with concrete or noisy, so it is also very comfortable. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The beach is encroached upon so the beach space is a bit small, but it is still not a problem because it is still clean, there is a place to rest, there are rows of coconut trees, enough combos for a beach vacation. Overall very satisfied.

Because we have a 2-year-old child, our family upgraded the room to the large Bungalow No. 111, paying an additional 3,600,000 VND for 2 nights, just with the hope of having a comfortable, spacious and safe place to stay. But that decision became a nightmare for the whole family, when our daughter accidentally slid backwards, fell from the bed, and hit her head on the edge of the ceramic tile protruding from the bathroom glass next to the bed (the tile grout at this corner is old and peeling, so the edge of the ceramic tile is very sharp, even if you pass your finger through it, it can cut it). According to the staff and the manager, the resort still retains the design from 20 years ago and has been approved, which causes great disappointment because of the responsibility in operating to ensure the safety of tourists, because that location is not designed properly and has not been upgraded during use. (This edge must be located inside the bathroom, and the intersection must be covered with other materials or beveled to ensure safety for the elderly) The fall was not strong, but because the bed was high, plus the edge was too sharp, the baby bled immediately afterwards. My husband and I took our baby to the emergency room at An Phuoc General Hospital 10km away that night because the bleeding was non-stop. The 5-stitch wound was quite deep, just touching the skull, so we had to have a CT scan. Luckily, the baby's skull was fine. That night in the hospital was too long. Now, a month has passed, I have the courage to write a review, I just really hope that the resort should consider, upgrade, and repair the old and unsafe locations for users, because safety in the living space is a must in a resort with the title of 4 *. Except for that, there are still other points that I am satisfied with: - Most of the staff are friendly, quick and willing to help. - The restaurant in the resort has a variety of delicious dishes, suitable for our family's taste (my family mainly eats at this restaurant because we have small children, and there was an accident so we couldn't go anywhere else). There is a buffet on Saturday nights, the Bungalow room includes this ticket. - The outside space is airy, with lots of trees. - There is a small swimming pool for children to play. This season is windy, the sea waves are big, it's not possible to swim, the beach in the resort is also not suitable for sitting and playing in the sand, so I think it's not suitable for families who want to play at the beach. In the end, although there were some things I liked, I didn't choose to come back. Thank you very much to the staff and the taxi driver who helped my family that night.

The room is moldy and very dirty, divided into 2 areas, 1 area is opposite the old and dirty room but the price is still high. Receptionist attitude looks down on Vietnamese guests. Don't come back a second time!

Sài Gòn MN quả thực làm mình hơi thất vọng về khâu dịch vụ. Toàn bộ resort cảnh quan rất đẹp, phòng mình book là bungalow cũng khá ổn. Tuy nhiên mình luôn cảm thấy hình như khâu quản lý chưa tốt và thiếu nhân viên. Đầu tiên là. việc check-in, sau khi check-in mình. phải đợi rất lâu không có nhân viên nào đưa về phòng, cuối cùng bạn lễ tân dẫn nhà mình và 1 nhà khác tìm. phòng, chồng con mình phải tự xách hành lý đi theo đoạn dài đến cuối. Cách chỗ mình ở trên nắp lu nước để 3 bộ bát khách ăn xong, mình thấy không ai dọn. Đến hôm sau mình về vẫn còn nguyên đó. Lúc nhà mình về cũng không ai giúp mang hành lý.

The room was not on the sea side, but arranged for us on the other side of the street. That area is murky. It's not convenient to be empty
