Pros: The security guard and the host were very happy and enthusiastic, allowing our family to check in early because we had a small child with us. The room was clean. Quiet. Next to the turtle lake, convenient for eating and walking around. Cons: - the sink drain was broken - no hairbrush - no slippers in the room. I still give it 8/10 for the experience. Will come back next time.

Clean, new room and very nice host! I asked to leave my baggage prior and post check-in, they were happy to help. The sound proof wall wasn't good, I can hear others talking outsides. Plus, we don't have cup in the toilet, slippers … But overall experience was so good!

This hotel is centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City. Situated in District 3, you will have access to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment within 10-15 m walking or 5 m taxi. A little further away is District 1 where most expats and foreigners will find luxury dining and shopping. Saigon One Serviced apartments have wonderful, courteous staff that are prompt to help out with any requests you may have. Although the hotel is older, the bed is still comfy, the showers are hot, and there is a full kitchen for cooking. The AC is almost too cold, so be mindful of the setting! The rooms aren't too small or too big, and there is an elevator and stairs for access. The hotel is recessed a half block from the main roads. So it ' s quiet and peaceful compared to some of the more popular hotels in the area. Calling a taxi doesn't take very long, even during busy times. Just outside the hotel, 1 m walking, is Turtle Lake. This area is a popular spot for locals and foreigners alike to hang out, mostly during the early and mid evening. Here you will find many people taking pictures and enjoying a sweet or caffeinated beverage in a lounge chair from the nearby street vendors and restaurants. Spend an hour or two here soaking up the ambiance of District 3! If you're looking for a convenient and quaint location for a short or long term stay, I highly recommend giving Saigon One Serviced apartments a chance.

The room and toilet are clean and tidy, the bed is very big and soft. The dryer is damaged. When stepping out from the elevator to enter the room, the floor area is very dark, the automatic lights do not work effectively, when I enter the room, they will only light up, so the flash must be turned on to see the way to the room door. The soundproof wall is not good, sleep in the room but hear the heels of shoes and the laughter of other guests in the hallway. The shower faucet suddenly flowed on its own for a few seconds at 2am which scared me a bit. The card from the door of the room is integrated with the gate, so when going out late at night, it is very active and does not bother anyone. The location is near the turtle lake, right at district 3, easy to find. I don't like the housekeeper taking my identity card, I find it uncomfortable and unsafe for personal information. Even so, I will still consider coming back because of the cleanliness of the room and the very soft bed

The room is spacious, clean, beautiful, quiet. The room is located in District 3, near the turtle lake, right in the city center, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The integrated room card can unlock the gate, go out late at night without calling the door, affecting anyone. Next time in Saigon will continue to come back to book here.
