There are free small bottles of coffee and spring tea, complete hotel utensils such as razors, brushes, shampoos, shower gels, cotton swabs. Poor 1st day service. Staff are not enthusiastic, giving guests a very bad impression if not uncomfortable. I've been here for a long time but never the staff, especially the receptionist, gave me an inhibition. If I do not change, I think the quality of the hotel will gradually go down
