From the moment we stepped into the foyer of Sanouva Danang Hotel everything was "wow". The reception staff were the friendliness people we had encountered on our whole trip throughout Vietnam. This was the way with all the reception staff during our stay. The decoration was beautifully done, and the theme continued into the well-presented bedroom which was comfortable and was well maintained by housekeeping. It was a joy to cool down and refresh in swimming pool that had fantastic views looking over Danang. The decoration theme was tastefully presented into the dining room. The breakfast buffet was well presented with a varied choice of dishes (being an Australian, breakfast cereals would have been a nice offer). Upon entering the dining room (on all mornings) there was no one to greet or farewell us upon arrival and departure of the restaurant. When wanting to order scrambled eggs the cook was nowhere to be seen and when spotted he was more interested in playing on his phone, even whilst cooking the eggs (this happened every morning). With approximately 6 staff in attendance not one of them provided any form of satisfactory service. Not only our table but all tables were never cleared until the customers got up and had finished and left. Our table was never cleared during our sitting, creating a buildup of dirty dishes piling up on the table. Breakfast staff consistently stood behind the bar offering no service whatsoever. Tables were cleared by the staff pushing around an old dirty trolley and loading the dirty dishes on to it and scrapping the food waste into an old dirty plastic food container. I really wish I could have rated Sanouva Danang Hotel an excellent or 5 Stars as the reception and concierge staff were absolutely excellent, facilities fantastic and the location is perfect, but due to the very poor service at breakfast every morning I can only rate the "whole experience as bad. Sometimes it is the 10%ers that can completely destroy the "WOW" factor of an establishment.

Everything here is wonderful. from clean rooms, delicious food beautiful (as well as the buffet restaurant) and many dishes change daily non-identical one dish to drink and not always coincide (her 3 nights). if ks more wonderful pool.

In all his 3 hotels holiday bookings this time belle maison hadana Security Association, Sanouva, Fusion suite, I like most is Sanouva. Everything from the room were fantastic Sanouva to food and especially its people. Sanouva deluxe room as her, nice rooms, large, bathroom very rational layout. The food is nothing to complain at all. the price of food at the restaurant was ok, cooked food was delicious. It is about the breakfast, I really shocked, many dishes and food which is also delicious dishes, had her 3 nights so it every day different breakfast (another all food items including water always offline, this I have not found anywhere to do this because in order to prepare many dishes for breakfast so it costs a lot of time, usually the resort ks or just change a few dishes or stir-fry cooking liquid, the remaining holding Natural, but here are surprised every day every dish not repeat 1 time (for 3 different days). the staff are always extremely cute. always ask to talk with her, ask yourself ng want to go out anywhere to guide us. be free spa is one advantage here. though I do not feel full 30 'and such things are bound not used grafting spa voucher, not be accumulated time .... but generally still ok. I really very very very like here. definitely will come back and stay for several days more.
