When looking at the photo, the room is quite airy, bright and spacious. However, when checking in, it was not as expected. The room is dark, squash, cramped, and not very clean.

room quite good and clean with large bathroom. staff was ok, he help me with renting a motorbike. location is very near to the lake and surrounded by local food.

The room was comfortable, the receptionist was friendly, but in Sapa, the water heater was so weak, it opened a bit of warm, chilled water. Ask the flight attendant to get the answer: the water heater does not keep up ?!

You guys at the reception are very cute, talk very nice with attentive care, rooms are fully furnished but the price is ok and close to the center so you should walk very convenient. Will keep coming back if I have the opportunity to Sapa

The hotel voluntarily changes rooms it has booked. I booked a double room, they changed into a double room but the room was very secret. no airy windows in uncomfortable. room 403, yes. being in room x01 is a lot more airy
