Great view from my room and really helpful staff.

The room has a nice view; clean; peaceful staff; The hotel is right in the center, convenient to travel, eating and drinking spots are all very close, can walk. Wonderful!

Nice clean room, each water is a bit weak. Hot water turns on for a long time but not very hot.

When looking at the photo, the room is quite airy, bright and spacious. However, when checking in, it was not as expected. The room is dark, squash, cramped, and not very clean.

The room was comfortable, the receptionist was friendly, but in Sapa, the water heater was so weak, it opened a bit of warm, chilled water. Ask the flight attendant to get the answer: the water heater does not keep up ?!

The hotel voluntarily changes rooms it has booked. I booked a double room, they changed into a double room but the room was very secret. no airy windows in uncomfortable. room 403, yes. being in room x01 is a lot more airy
