The hotel has a prime location, with views of the sea, park, city and convenient swimming. The service attitude of the staff has always been Seagull's strong point, but perhaps it is the peak tourist season, so during the entire process of contacting the receptionist, guests do not see the smiles and enthusiasm as before. This 4-star hotel is a bit too much, only 2 or 3 stars are the same. Small room, old furniture, no welcome drink, normal breakfast, small swimming pool. The outside railing has a large gap, which is extremely dangerous if there are children in the house, so pay attention to lock the door to the balcony.

I had a very good experience in Quy Nhon and at the hotel. I was very confused when there was a comment that the hotel had old rooms and equipment, but when I checked in, I found that the rooms are very good, not old but not too new, nor musty smell. The minus point is that the hotel's soundproofing is quite thin, so when people play a bit noisy outside, I will listen, the water in the room is very hot, so I gave feedback to the hotel, so to note that guests must test the water temperature before using. use . The room I booked has a very promotional price compared to the price when booking at the hotel. In the room, there is always a breakfast buffet, although it is not diverse in the number of dishes, but it is very quality in terms of taste and decoration of the dishes. I will come back to the hotel again if I have a chance and you should try it too.

Hai Au Hotel is the right choice when coming to Quy Nhon. With an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service policy, the hotel always tries to bring convenience and comfort to customers. The relocation of the hotel in the future may affect the investment in upgrading hotel equipment, but the hotel needs to check and maintain more often so that the facilities in the room still work well. The buffet is delicious but needs more variety to serve long-stay guests.

Thật vui vì Hải Âu đã không làm mình thất vọng khi đã chọn kháchsạn làm nơi nghỉ dưỡng cho bạn bè người thân khi về QN. Mọi người đã có những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại đây. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên và cảnh quan Kháchsạn là điểm mạnh vượt trội. Tuy nhiên kỳ nghỉ dưỡng nào tại đây của tôi cũng gặp vấn đề về máy lạnh. Buffet sáng cần đa dạng hơn chứ không lặp lại đơn điệu gây ngán cho khách lưu trú dài ngày.
