The hotel is super close to the old town, the staff is super friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel lends free bicycles to walk around the old town, the room is clean and beautiful, good soundproofing, the view of the old town room to take pictures on the balcony is super satisfying without having to go to a coffee shop in the old town to take pictures 😍😍😍 The family has a baby and also loves the swimming pool here Definitely next time I have the opportunity to go to Hoi An, I will book this hotel again 😊

The hotel is 100 points, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw it was really nice, the hotel is bigger and more beautiful than on the picture. The room is clean and better than I thought. The team at Silkotel are very nice and friendly. Thank you to Lyn and Alice who were super helpful with our room. The hotel itself is in a great location right near Hoi An old town, close to great tailors, restaurants and some of the main attractions in Hoi An.

This hotel is in a very good area. Because of Chinese New Year it was so busy. The staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble. . We only had dinner once in hotel and we were disappointed. The breakfast was okay
