The room is clean, fully equipped, the room color is white so it is clean. Overall, it is reasonable compared to the price. The hotel view overlooking the river towards the marina is beautiful. There is also a buffet breakfast on the 11th floor, however, there are few dishes and the cooking is okay. If you visit Da Nang, choosing here is also reasonable.

Cute, enthusiastic staff. Nice hotel, clean, clean. Breakfast is quite good. As soon as I entered the room, I found it very nice because of the beautiful and simple but cozy decoration, going to the bathroom, "above all" ... very modern from interior to design! In general, with this price, the quality is excellent!

My room was perfect, comfortable and quiet. One of the best features was the TV channels, many movie channels and the clarity of the picture was 10/10. All of the staff members had a kindness, honesty and innocence that was very attractive in a psychological sense. I recommend this property to anyone thinking it's too far from activities in Da Nang or just looking for a quiet place to stay for a few nights.

Everything. The staff was amazing at the day of my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake. Also the hotel is super clean, near to restaurants and safe. I took the tours that they offered and I really enjoyed them. Thank you Star City staff for the amazing experience

Beautiful large window facing the river showcasing all the river boats at night. So colourful and really a site to be seen.
Personable staff, I loved them. They even got me a cake on my birthday 🎂. I will be back but I'll be excited to see the garden terrace fully useable on my next trip. Truly a gem of a stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I chose this location because it’s convenient and if you want to join tours, most will pick you up from this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe right next door that I ended up going to every morning too.

Why this hotel worth your money:
+ Upscale
+ Good location - high recommend if you're going to watch fireworks, the bar/restaurant is on floor 11 which will give you a clear view to see the fireworks. Even inside the room, you can still see fireworks because of the place where they have fireworks performance is kind of in front of the hotel.
+ As they said, every type of their room all included bathtub
+ A free bowl of Pho - a special dish of Vietnam - in the night

Why this hotel worthless:
- Not all of the bellman of this hotel is not good but the one on his shift when we coming is not good at all, no open door for guests when we get in/out; not bring welcome drinks for us, not help us carry the luggage to the lobby.
- The receptionist is not well-prepared even we did call the hotel in advance in the morning and state that we will come at noon.
- The floor inside the room is not really clean, I have the feeling like it's kind of oil or something when my feet touching the floor inside the room.
- Only 1 lift/elevator
- Although the room looks nice/clean/new, it's like no one used the room for years. When I first use the water in the bathroom, the water has an orange/yellow color which means the water pipe is not used for long.
Everything else is good. Because they define themself as a luxury level so I think they should improve their services to be better.
In short, I still recommend this hotel.
