Stayed 5 nights at Starcity hotel—1st impression was a warm welcome from the security team, and the front desk team were so friendly it actually made me extend my stay. Thanks all you guys made my stay in Nha Trang so enjoyable 🫶 My 1st room was pretty nice already, but since I’m sensitive to dust and smells, Ms. Thắm (the manager) insisted on finding me a more comfy one—and she really did! Thịnh at the front desk was always smiling and patient helping me switch rooms, really appreciated your care. The housekeeping team did well cleaning the room & added thoughtful touches. Felt totally at home 😉

Enthusiastic staff, clean room, convenient location for relaxation - my family always walked to eat and play without needing to rent a car. The beach has to be crossed (about 50m), there are many cars; however, there are private chairs of the hotel and the beach staff are quite attentive. The beach is steep, there are parts where you can slip down, so it feels a bit dangerous for people who can't swim (I'm 1m85) - in February the waves are big, the water is up to your knees but the waves are close to your head. If there were more staff sitting close to the beach to rescue you, it would be more secure. Breakfast is not diverse but quite delicate and simple. The dishes that other places don't make to standard taste are quite satisfactory here, such as wet rice paper, bread, etc. Another minus point is that the hotel room does not have a menu of food and drinks to order, so I had to go out to buy snacks. However, with such a cheap room rate, there is nothing to complain about.

We stayed in family suite for 7 days. Our stay was excellent. Air condition was working perfect and nice ocean view. At night sailing club had event but noise was not much to bother my sleep. Location is not quite central so that we walked night market for shopping since it is too close to take taxis as well. My complain is that not enough beach chairs for guests so we ended up pay for chairs.

My family and I stayed at Starcity Beachfront NT for 4 nights. Since the booking confirmed, we have received great care and communication from FO team, especially Annie.
The hotel is clean and has a high standard of a five star accommodation with excellent facilities. We experienced warm and lovely hospitality from every single staff we encountered from FO to F&B, chef, housekeeping and the technician. The highlights of the stay are many, here are fews: perfect location, the early checkin, late checkout and delicious vegetarian dishes every day for breakfast.
My family and I really appreciate the support and care from the team to ensure our stay is memorable and enjoyable as much as possible. Highly recommended and we will surely stay here again next time we are in town. Cheers!

The room and view is nice but the bed spring is hard and make noise when I turned. They didn’t clean the side of bathtub, when I showered with curtains closed but the water always leak out and i need to clean the floor. At the end i need to sit down and shower. The buffet breakfast is whatever, i can eat only rice and fried eggs. A lots of tour in the hotel and very noisy at breakfast. Area has a lots of things going on.

Annie at reception, as well as all other staff around reception were amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed an extra night as they were so nice and accommodating.
The rooms are lovely. The views are amazing. If there was a balcony I would have stayed longer.
One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. In a country where delicious tropical fruit surrounds you, the selection was limited. More options of cereal and even an option of poached eggs would make a lot of guests happier.

Short walking distance to one of the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang, to the night market, and to the tons of restaurants makes the hotel is the best of the bests. On top of that, staff are so awesome. Anne and her team always greet us with smiles, friendliness and kindness. We will definitely stay at the Starcity again!

Fantastic customer service, a great hotel experience overall and arguably the best location you could ask for.
“Annie” contacted me via WhatsApp before checking in to open a dialogue, and was all too happy to help with anything she could throughout my stay.
The hotel arranged airport pick up driver was not visible upon arrival, but was easily fixed because I had a direct connection to the hotel.
Excellent overall value, and the buffet breakfast was above average. The only real negative was the grotty condition of the swimming pool and the gym that was unusable.
I would not hesitate returning to Starcity.

Service Service Service.The staff here led by Annie and her management team make this a beautiful property.Perfectly located with spectacular ocean front view with 180 degrees view depending on room type and own private beach.Walking distance to a nearby market for shopping and a few mins drive from cable car.Restaurant/bars opposite which can be noisy quite late but thats Nha Trang and can add to atmosphere.Beautiful breakfast setting.My only minor negative which did raise with property was some hot food items was often just lightly warm as if food not turned often enough or heat warmers flame not sufficient but recommend this property if love the beach and the rolling ocean
