Sunset Beach brings us a perfect experience for this vacation in Phu Quoc. First of all, the enthusiasm and hospitality from the receptionist gave me a very good impression, the room service was upgraded for free by the receptionists, making us extremely excited and happy, the room was very beautiful, clean, unique, modern, and the view is great. Breakfast is extremely delicious with a variety of dishes from European to Asian. The activities of the beach bar make us not want to move anywhere else, we just want to enjoy the emotions of the service here. We will introduce it to as many friends as possible to experience it together.

We had an ocean-view room with a private balcony: the perfect way to wake up. Andy helped us check in early and even offered us an outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean during the buffet. Andy secretly helped my partner plan a surprise birthday setup in the room — flowers, balloons, even a handwritten card. I’ve never felt so seen at a hotel. The buffet was generous and fresh, and the sunset beach bar just took the night to another level.

Spacious room with a sea view and a beautiful sunset. The beach is beautiful, clean, and located right on the street, so it's convenient to go out and eat. The staff is enthusiastic. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday and got a birthday cake. However, the balcony only has 1 hotel chair, so consider adding another set of chairs for the family to sit together. The soundproofing is not very good. When pulling the bed and chair on the 3rd floor, you can still hear clearly. The music from the bar below is loud.

Booked a large room with a king bed but was given a room with a single bed put together. When we fell in love, lying in the middle was painful. The price remains the same :))) The TV doesn't have Internet so it's boring. Not worth the money spent

It 's a comfortable stay in the room. Basic room. I booked for the panoramic view deluxe king but not sure if it 's the common standard to just pushed two bed together into one. Maybe not so worth booking it at a slightly more expensive option. My friends booked normal room and got the exact same room except they had the king bed. The view of the hotel is nice. Hotel buffet was sufficient. One day we had late breakfast, so at 9.50am we were informed that the breakfast were ending, asked to take whatever we can. So we went to take our breakfast, but our table were cleared by the time we got back even though the plate is full. Hence, we had little food. (Whatever we had in on one last plate) The bar was really loud and service is bad. We waited more than 10 mins before we can place an order. Another 10 before we asked why hasn't our beer is served. They kept saying coming. We waited for another 10 before we just walked out. Everyone was inhaling some balloon gas, not sure what was it. It was a bit scary.

The hotel is an ideal choice for a vacation, beautiful sea view rooms, wonderful sunset views at the Sunset bar. The hotel has a good breakfast. My husband and I quite like it. If I come back I will still consider staying here.

We had an ocean-view room with a private balcony: the perfect way to wake up. Andy helped us check in early and even offered us an outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean during the buffet. The beach bar transforms into a show every night with fire dancers and live music. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance.

Andy secretly helped my partner plan a surprise birthday setup in the room — flowers, balloons, even a handwritten card. I’ve never felt so seen at a hotel. The buffet was generous and fresh, and the sunset beach bar just took the night to another level.

Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants—all within 100 meters. Great for families or solo travelers. The fire show is worth staying in for. Andy even helped us find famous local food in the street.

Spacious room with a sea view and a beautiful sunset. The beach is beautiful, clean, and located right on the street, so it's convenient to go out and eat. The staff is enthusiastic. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday and got a birthday cake. However, the balcony only has 1 hotel chair, so consider adding another set of chairs for the family to sit together. The soundproofing is not very good. When pulling the bed and chair on the 3rd floor, you can still hear clearly. The music from the bar below is loud.

Sunset Beach brings us a perfect experience for this vacation in Phu Quoc. First of all, the enthusiasm and hospitality from the receptionist gave me a very good impression, the room service was upgraded for free by the receptionists, making us extremely excited and happy, the room was very beautiful, clean, unique, modern, and the view is great. Breakfast is extremely delicious with a variety of dishes from European to Asian. The activities of the beach bar make us not want to move anywhere else, we just want to enjoy the emotions of the service here. We will introduce it to as many friends as possible to experience it together.
