CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

- Please present valid passports or ID to the host at check-in. Your ID/passports will be returned at check-out. Failure to present your ID/passports will result in check-in denial.
- Our official check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
- There is a fee for early check-in (before 1 PM) and late check-out (after 10 AM)

CLEANLINESS

- Please leave your shoes outside the house and use the sandals only.
- ALL trash must go to trashcans.
- Please do NOT put anything in the toilet, including toilet paper.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.

DAMAGE

- Please only use our towels to dry yourself after a shower.
- Please keep the furniture and the house in good condition.
- All furniture inside and outside the house must stay where they are.
- Please turn off all the lights and electrical equipment when you go out.
- Please take one shower no longer than 30 minutes.
- If we find any damage or loss of the furniture and amenities, there would be a 100% value charge.
- Please feel free to ask us about anything that you're unsure about something. We would be happy to assist to help you avoid any damage.

NOISE & FORBIDDEN SUBSTANCES

- As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep the noise down AFTER 9:30 PM if possible.
- Weapons, explosives, stimulants, prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.

KITCHEN

- Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all the dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
- BBQ griller must be used OUTSIDE of the house to avoid fire accidents and damage to the house.
- Food service is available upon request.

HOT WATER

Please turn the tap to the left and wait for a few minutes for hot water to come out.

LAUNDRY

There is a washing machine in our basement. You can wash a full load of clothes for FREE ONCE. There is a fee for each of the additional washing times.

Our online support team is available between 6 AM - 11 PM should you need any help. You can also call Jen directly at 039.894.6821. Any inquiries or requests outside these hours will be taken care of when we are available again.
