the hotel is in a convenient location, near the walking street, but the quality of the room is really...., because it's a 2 * hotel, I didn't expect much but the basic things are very bad. The door to the room can't be closed, the TV has a sesame seed and has no sound, I don't know what to do. Rent a bike for 2 hours, at the time of payment, I still take the price for the whole day, I said that I only rented for half a day, but I received the answer that because the bike has less than 60k, I collect enough, while there is one at the front desk. The big version is to rent motorbikes and bicycles for 1 day or half a day in English. So foreign guests charge half a day and Vietnamese people 1 day, or think they can't understand English? 30k is nothing but the attitude is very bad, the breakfast food is..., going out to eat a bowl of beef noodle soup 35k is better than everyone. In general, the hotel has a 2 * reputation, but it is no better than a motel.

I book the best room for 2 people (my old uncle and aunt) which has the window. But the hotel let them stay in a normal room (no window).

Dear Mien! The hotel thanks you for your feedback about the room you two stayed at on 9/2-11/2. I ask you to ask me again if I have mistaken my hotel with another hotel that you two have stayed at. No? because my side has arranged a beautiful, wooden floor room with big windows for two of you to stay in, the two of you are in room number 207. This room is a nice deluxe room next to my hotel, my side also has a superior room, this room is on the floor. ceramic tile, sister, not as beautiful as the wooden floor room. The hotel's staff and reception are enthusiastic, happy, and friendly. The room is smaller than I thought, but it is fully equipped. The cabinet in the wooden room is sure to take a long time, so the door can't close properly. The toilet is leaking but also nothing serious Overall hotel location right on the street, city center, convenient and close to places to eat

An excellent experience in the heart of Hue city. My wife and I live in Ho Chi Minh City and decided to spend a few days in Hue as a field trip. Our experience at the hotel was top notch: clean facilities, helpful and friendly staff, superb service, and so much more. The hotel staff have great English skills so communication was no problem at all, as they were willing to assist us in any way possible. The photos of the hotel are accurate and it’s a simple “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” scenario. This hotel is in the heart of the city, next to the Walking Street where you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences as you step outside the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, cost effective, practical, and comfortable place to stay, this is the hotel that does the job well. We would definitely come again once we have the opportunity.
