It was good except too much mosquitoes. Hotel ought to spray to keep them under control. Also entrance door with no light is very dangerous at night. Water pressure was weak; and water temperature are two big issues during my stay.

Very relaxing and beautiful beach and pool also very good breakfast hotel. We will comeback this hotel again.

Over Christmas and New Years I stayed ten days at the resort. Despite it being fully booked, the resort was very understaffed which led to disorganized cleaning schedules (either at 7:00 in the morning or 5:00 in the afternoon), almost no drink menu (2) (although 30 options were listed on the menu board), a very minimalist menu (5 items only available until 6:00 pm), and seemingly overworked staff (2 in twenty four hours). However, prior reviews which mentioned no hot water or room kettles were incorrect. The rooms were lovely. The stay was wonderful. The staff were outgoing and courteous. The beach was well kept and the pool clean.

Location is good (however, most likely need to hire a scooter or get a taxi to most restaurants). Beach is pretty, pool is nice and breakfast was substantial. Service was average, beds are hard and mosquitoes prevalent at night (repellent is a must). No tv or phone in the room, this did not affect our stay but may be of interest to you. Be aware hot water is intermittent secondary to solar systems. Overall, a few areas for improvement, however reasonable value for money

I loved the greenery around the bungalows. I did not like no kettle, could not adjust the air conditioning andno hot water in the shower.

It is a beautiful resort and the location is amazing to view the sunset. The facilities, rooms and amenities is well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

good near the beach, the staff is helpful

We loved that the property was very relaxed and absolute beachfront, barefoot bar/restaurant on the beach, plenty of sun lounges, great pool, good breakfast included and plenty of other bar/dining options a short distance along the beach in either direction. Negatives were: extremely hard and uncomfortable bed, shower was virtually useless due to lack of water pressure. Mosquitoes had easy access to the room via the loosely fitting sliding door to the external bathroom. The other big negative was the plastic waste in the water and along the beach, nothing to do with the hotel of course but the floating debris in the ocean is disgusting and certainly lessens the enjoyment of swimming at the beach.

Thanh Kieu Beach Resort is a beautiful relaxing place surrounded by magnificent gardens and situated next to a super sandy beach. The swimming pool is appealing, clean and modern. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The facilities and the variety and standard of food is good. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

It was disappointing that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room

Gorgeous, quiet setting right on the ocean with lovely bungalows amd extremely friendly staff. Easy wandering distance to shops and restaurants.

Gorgeous resort - lots of character, clean, friendly staff and lovely private beach

We had a very nice stay here. The beach was in good condition and plenty of chairs, towels, etc. Beautiful new pool. Friendly and helpful staff with a gracious manager named Kien. Our room was nice with very comfortable beds. Ceiling fan was not working, but the AC was adequate. I do wish to make one note about the outdoor style bathrooms. They are lovely but mosquito-filled. None of us could go in there without being swarmed. Additionally, the mosquitos would draft into the bedrooms before you could close the door after use. There were mosquito nettings over the beds, but we had to clear them of mosquitos every night. You have to get them all, which is met with limited success. For the outdoor bathroom reason ALONE we cannot return. If they could figure out a way to keep mosquitos out of there then we would be back to this otherwise nice resort.

The resort is amazing! Great private beach, among the best we have seen on the whole Long beach. The bungalows are surrounded by a nice garden, which is very well maintained. The whole resort is very peaceful. There is great infinity pool with warm water and jakuzzi right behind the beach with a view to the sea and the sunset. Staff is very kind. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby which serve delicious food. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would certainly come back.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with a great beach for swimming or just going for a walk. A new pool was just being finished but not yet open. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room air con wasn`t working but the staff arranged for a new unit to be installed on day 2. I stayed at the end of off season and the beachside bar & restaurant was closed which was a pity as the weather was great. This meant that I had most meals and all drinks at other locations of which there are plenty. The room had a comfortable bed, bar fridge and an old safe but not much else. No TV, intermittent WiFi and no kettle (get hot water thermos from restaurant). The bathrooms are outside which was interesting (keep door closed to keep mozzies out & cool air in. This hotel has great potential but is let down slightly by the room amenity. If you only use the room for sleeping then I would recommend.

I booked but decided not to stay and forfeit my reservation and fee because the common area was under construction with a pool. Was not ideal for family with children

We stayed in a two bedroom villa right on Long Beach. The villa was clean, very comfortable beds and quirky bathrooms with outdoor showers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went to sleep with the sound of the rolling waves and woke up with them. The villlas are very private with beautiful gardens in between. We were literally 20 steps from the beach. They are currently building a pool overlooking the sea which will make this resort even better. If you are looking for a unique quiet small resort then I would highly recommend it.

A very peaceful resort

I don’t have words to describe our stay here. Of course the beach bungalow, beautiful beach, gorgeous grounds, outdoor shower makes this place awesome. But there this place truly exceeds is the staff! From the minute we landed in Phu Quoc the staff has made sure everything was taken care. They welcomed us and we felt like part of the family. I got a little sick during our stay and the hotel manager made sure I had everything I needed to get better! Our kids loved it too! The breakfast that is included is outstanding and the option of renting motorbike was just pure joy! Thank thank thank you!!
