I must say that this trip to SEA I am most satisfied with the hotel. The hotel has an impeccable view, good service, super enthusiastic reception, always trying to support all requests of guests. Although I was warned that the hotel was near the pub, it would be a bit noisy, but I found it insignificant. My only suggestion is that the room should be equipped with a fan for convenience. If I come back to this place again, I will definitely book a room here again. Thank The Garden Capsule Hotel!

phòng rất xinh, view nhìn ra sông đẹp, rộng sạch sẽ, nhân viên hỗ trợ bọn mình rất nhẹ nhàg nhiệt tình. khách sạn nằm vị trí trung tâm nên tiện đi lại nữa. nếu lần tới có đến Đà Nẵng mình sẽ lại quay lại 👍👍👍

Gia đình đi phòng 2 giường lớn, rất sạch sẽ, thơm. Lễ tân thân thiện, dễ thương. Phòng tắm đẹp. Gần cầu Rồng, tiện đi vòng vòng trung tâm. Sẽ quay lại lần sau.

Hotel room is clean location was excellance not so far from market place and dragon bridge even dowstair is a club is quite lound but is not matter for us we will go back for sure thank you for your services.

Convenient location, clean room with many amenities. Below the hotel there is a very cool photobooth shop. In addition, the view overlooking the Han River is beautiful, convenient to go everywhere

Reception let guests outside the room to enter the mixed room using the toilet too much and it was very noisy. For every 7-person room, 7 people share a toilet, but when outside guests need to use the toilet, the front desk will let guests into the mixed room. Very chaotic

Because the room you booked is a dormitory room for men and women. The room has a bathroom and toilet designed inside, but the dormitory room you book, the toilet and bathroom is a common area, so the reception allows guests to book a room at the hotel. but come early and want to use the toilet can enter the room to use. And only hotel staff and guests with reservations at the Garden are allowed to use this common area. Maybe guests going in and out make noise so it makes you uncomfortable, the Garden would like to acknowledge your comments and will remind guests more to keep order without affecting other guests. Finally, thank you for taking the time to leave this helpful review, to help us improve our services better and bring satisfaction to our customers.
