The room is well-designed, it’s not a big room but everything is tidy. I’m really impressed by the bath tub, what a brilliant idea! Hotel locates near the beach and there are various restaurants nearby. Staffs are helpful and nice, especially Vĩnh, they are always there to help whenever you need.

I went solo so I stayed in a dorm room of 4. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room and bathroom were shared but clean. Will come back if I visit Da Nang next time!

Busy Ngoc and Nhan at the hotel were very enthusiastic, especially Ngoc, my suitcase was big and my friend, a girl, still brought it down from the 4th floor to me very enthusiastically, just the soundproofing of the room was not very good, For the rest, I recommend it to everyone

"""When I finished booking the hotel, I went to find out what the location was like, because it wasn't time to get in yet. I walked around Ho Nghinh street twice to see the hotel, because it was hidden between two large buildings. I I saw that I wanted to cancel, but the cancellation procedure was too cumbersome. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Duy and led to the room. I found the hotel very beautiful and the bedroom was very well furnished I feel very refreshed."""" I had a wonderful stay here. The space and rooms of the hotel bring a comfortable and cozy feeling to me. The hotel area is quite small but does not make it feel cramped or secretive. The staff here are very enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly, they are very thoughtful when preparing breakfast, which are the specialties here, they guide and provide very detailed service information for me on what make my trip more convenient. They communicate in English quite well. If I have a chance I will come back here!

Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Có nhiều loại dịch vụ, được support nhiệt tình. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ, giống ảnh. Đi đúng holiday sẽ có event ở hotel, chủ yếu là cho khách Tây. Recommend cho mn.

Overall it was a decent experience. The room was way smaller than expected, compared with the price we paid. There was also no view in room. Attitude 's attitude was great. Very responsive and helpful. No AC in the reception desk-> a big minus point as the temperature in Da Nang was really high. Facilities are OK. Breakfast cao lau is tasty.

Nhân viên và Dịch vụ lưu trú khá ok. Điểm trừ duy nhất tại phòng Deluxe Window mình đã chọn đó là cách âm - phòng cách âm rất kém hi vọng The Memory sẽ khắc phục vấn đề này

The hotel is very chill, the service is very good at all stages, always interested in asking questions and introducing guests to tourist attractions and specialties in Da Nang. A delicious, full breakfast from main course, drink to dessert and fruit. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist who guided all the places to play for us. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will continue to choose The Memory ❤️

Although the schedule was delayed, I really liked the service as well as the room. The room is very nice, clean, excellent breakfast, the reception and the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Nội thất hợp gu mình, phòng ốc cũng sạch sẽ nữa. Từ mấy bạn lễ tân cho đến anh chủ, ai cũng dễ thương hết, không chỉ hỗ trợ mình hết cỡ mà còn trò chuyện với mình nữa. 100 điểm luônnn =)))

The hotel is very beautiful, as soon as you walk in, you will love it at first sight. The receptionists and staff are also friendly, taking care of customers very well. I will visit again when I have a chance.

Very very Great, you will never be disappointed when you choose The memory, when you arrive at the hotel, you will have a cup of warm ginger tea + a warm face towel with lemongrass flavor. I was impressed from the moment checking ^^. The breakfast is more than expected, from the taste to the glass of water and even the dessert. And especially the hotel is very quiet, the room is always fragrant 😍😍😍 Come back to Da Nang, you will definitely come to Memory :)
