A very polite staff. Many spoke some English but were very proficient with using translation tools. Very reasonably priced hotel. I had to extend for 2 days and decided to just stay there instead of looking at other hotels.

The hotel space is beautifully decorated, the lobby is spacious, the room has a balcony with a beautiful lake view, but the lake is mossy and not treated, you can't swim, the bed is close to the balcony door so it's very cramped. The room is for 2 people but you have to avoid each other when walking in the room because it's narrow. The shower drains right at the toilet so after showering, the entire toilet gets wet. The amenities in the room are complete, small screen TV. The breakfast buffet has few dishes, at 8am there are only fried eggs and drinks, the staff supports extra bacon😅

The Palm Hotel. Good hotel. However, at 2am, there was no welcome drink. The room was small. The hotel service has a swimming pool, a cafe table next to the pool, steam bath, and dry sauna. There is only one negative point: the room is small and the breakfast buffet has too few dishes. The buffet only has a few dishes. The rest of the hotel services are good. Friendly staff.

The hotel is basic, not very convenient to the beach. Frequent power outages. In the middle of the night, when I was sleeping, the power went out and it was very hot. It took almost half an hour for the power to come back on. When I checked out, the elevator was also out, so I had to carry my luggage down from the 5th floor. The lobby was nice but quite dark. The breakfast was not delicious and not diverse. The bathroom was not designed properly, the toilet was very narrowly spaced from the sink, making it very uncomfortable to use. The smell from the sewer was quite bad. There was a tote bag in the room but it was not noted that it was charged. It was not worth much money, but I would suggest adding it to the hotel price for guests to take home, which would be better than asking guests if they wanted to use it when checking out and then charging them. The only plus point was the enthusiastic staff. In general, I would not come back for a second time.

👉Advantage: the hotel is located in the central area. My room has a pool view and sea view. Near the ocean and ocean, Peace Park is 600m away from sea view cafes and supermarkets. Just built a new facility, including a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, and lots of clothes hangers. Beautiful sauna with lifeguard, wet sauna, breakfast buffet. The lifeguard is super cute, man. In addition, the hotel can give you the phone number of the motorbike rental party for 150k/day. Book taxi for customers. 👉 Seafood you can go to Thuan Phat restaurant on the embankment is a bit expensive but it is fresh and prepared to suit your taste. In the morning, Bong Benh cafe is very beautiful. 👉I forgot my thermos under the hotel's swimming pool, so I picked it up and returned it to the guest 👍 👉Disadvantage: the room is 25m but it's a bit small. Suitable for families with 1 small child. The toilet is clean but the sewer system is not well treated and the smell is very strong. The check in process is a bit long.

Delicious food, spacious hotel, reasonable price. I think the hotel should have staff bring things to the room for guests. It will make the hotel more professional.

The staff are lovely and enthusiastic
The room is not as nice as the picture hihi, compared to that price, BM or other hotels will be more spacious, the food is more delicious and more. The swimming pool is super cold.

The Palm Hotel. Good hotel. However, at 2am, there was no welcome drink. The room was small. The hotel service has a swimming pool, a cafe table next to the pool, steam bath, and dry sauna. There is only one negative point: the room is small and the breakfast buffet has too few dishes. The buffet only has a few dishes. The rest of the hotel services are good. Friendly staff.

The hotel is basic, not very convenient to the beach. Frequent power outages. In the middle of the night, when I was sleeping, the power went out and it was very hot. It took almost half an hour for the power to come back on. When I checked out, the elevator was also out, so I had to carry my luggage down from the 5th floor. The lobby was nice but quite dark. The breakfast was not delicious and not diverse. The bathroom was not designed properly, the toilet was very narrowly spaced from the sink, making it very uncomfortable to use. The smell from the sewer was quite bad. There was a tote bag in the room but it was not noted that it was charged. It was not worth much money, but I would suggest adding it to the hotel price for guests to take home, which would be better than asking guests if they wanted to use it when checking out and then charging them. The only plus point was the enthusiastic staff. In general, I would not come back for a second time.

👉Advantage: the hotel is located in the central area. My room has a pool view and sea view. Near the ocean and ocean, Peace Park is 600m away from sea view cafes and supermarkets. Just built a new facility, including a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, and lots of clothes hangers. Beautiful sauna with lifeguard, wet sauna, breakfast buffet. The lifeguard is super cute, man. In addition, the hotel can give you the phone number of the motorbike rental party for 150k/day. Book taxi for customers. 👉 Seafood you can go to Thuan Phat restaurant on the embankment is a bit expensive but it is fresh and prepared to suit your taste. In the morning, Bong Benh cafe is very beautiful. 👉I forgot my thermos under the hotel's swimming pool, so I picked it up and returned it to the guest 👍 👉Disadvantage: the room is 25m but it's a bit small. Suitable for families with 1 small child. The toilet is clean but the sewer system is not well treated and the smell is very strong. The check in process is a bit long.
