I booked 2 nights at the hotel, in the Deluxe double room, very satisfied with the quality of service. Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, go to Hang Dieu, CeeDee and Trang An only 15-20 minutes away. Upon arrival at the hotel, there are fruit available in the room, and fresh cakes and fruit juices are also available. Generally worth the money spent, will definitely come back next time!

Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

I think it does not meet 4-star standards, no one helped with luggage from the time I entered until I left, and no warm greetings. The breakfast buffet was not very diverse, the food was not delicious. I asked to book a motorbike but the receptionist forgot, I had to wait for more than an hour and was given a sloppy answer to get over the matter.

No where during the booking process were we made aware that the pool is not in use due to covid. We had checked numerous other hotels where pools are in use and people can use them. We booked this hotel for the pool and now we cannot use it. And we cannot get a refund from this app now. This is terrible!

I highly recommend The Reed Hotel for you get what you pay for. The service is excellent. The room is clean and beautiful. We were given the room on the 9th floor and the view was awesome. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big with a bathtub. Everything is excellent. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The lobby of the hotel is so cozy. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Ninh Binh again. Outstanding!

Luxury hotel, polite, delicious breakfast. The full utility. Kindly doorman accepted the luggage we sent early and carried it to the room. Overall very good experience. At night the room opposite me was very noisy, I reflected the reception and was immediately resolved. So I am satisfied with the hotel.
