The second time I visited The Song, the first time was really bad, the room smelled bad and the staff didn't help much, but this time was different, although the elevator was stuck and the Song was a bit unstable, but the rental company was very enthusiastic in supporting, the room was clean, fully furnished, everything was well prepared, overall it was great 🥰

Reasonable price for a 2-room apartment, just enough space to live in. Suitable for combining several families. If you currently live in an apartment, rent an air change near the sea. I forgot my item, please kindly send it back to the post office. I suggest there should be instructions specifically for people who have never lived in an apartment, for example general regulations, how to take out trash, safety, and swimming pool usage so that guests can pay more attention. And there is a checklist for cleaning.

The staff is ok, the house is nice but extremely smelly, smells like sewers, this is due to the sewer cleaning work, not the room cleaning. My family stayed for 1 day and 1 night, as soon as I opened the door to check in, the stench came up, the tour guide who took me to the house called out first. I turned on all the exhaust fans and room fresheners but it only helped a little. The smell was most obvious when I walked in from the outside. Not to mention, when my family arrived at the hotel, the electricity went out for a while, although it came back about 30 minutes later, but I had just come back from the rain so I couldn't wait for the electricity to come back and had to take a shower, showering in the dark. + the sewer smell was terrible...

Phòng 10đ không có nhưng. Mọi thứ mình trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời. Phòng thoải mái cho nhóm 4-5 người. Bếp có đủ dụng cụ và gia vị cần thiết. Phòng trang bị 2 máy lạnh phòng khách và phòng ngủ lớn, có chổ thông gió lạnh từ phòng lớn qua, phòng nhỏ có máy quạt. Lúc đầu mình sợ nóng nhưng thật sự rất ok không thấy nóng gì nhaz. View vướng tòa nhà đang xây nhưng có view biển. Mình đi ô tô có bãi xe dưới tầng hầm gửi 80k/ngày (24h) không giới hạn số lượt ra vô.

Chăn, ga, gối, nệm nghe mùi ẩm mốc rất là khó chịu. Quá cứng nhắc trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng. Thái độ phục vụ khách hàng rất khó chịu, cần xem lại! Mọi người nên xem lại khi book phòng ở đây! Với giá phòng như v mà service như vậy là không ra cái gì!

During your check-in, we ask if you are satisfied with this apartment? Then you say you are satisfied and have no complaints. The incident only happened while checking out. We reminded you that the check out time is 12:00, but when it was 12:00 your family still started cooking and refused to check out. Our staff tried to help you check out 30 minutes late without charge. , but if your family refuses to check out and it lasts until 1:20, we won't charge you any extra fees that day. We all had proof of text messages and pictures. Your comment is untrue and intended to harm our accommodation

The people at the homestay are very supportive. When you check in, the room is clean and fragrant. Because there are many apartments, they will be delivered randomly, so please remember to note that the room you receive must be exactly like the picture so that the home team can contact you to choose the most suitable apartment. There are 2 minus points that make me a little disappointed: the spray nozzle is too strong and I can't use it. At home, I should prepare some necessary spices for guests. We went with 2 people to cook some seafood and needed a little more sugar. seasoning but have to buy a big bag. Overall, it's very ok, thank you for giving me a good vacation. Worth experiencing, I will visit again next time. ❤️
