All were extremely disappointed. Because the time of the ceremony was close to the date, I chose it because I saw the advertisement and it seemed okay. But when I got there, I was shocked! Opening the door, the smell rushed into my nose, flies were flying around in the room. Opening the suitcase, there was no way to go. Sleeping was stuffy! The wash basin mirror was designed at a 45 degree angle. I couldn't look at myself or put on makeup. No TV, no refrigerator Breakfast was okay because I didn't expect much! I had to check out for a day to move to another place, the resort didn't have any staff to move it for me! The location was remote, there was nothing around. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants...all too far away! Going to the entertainment area was a few dozen kilometers away. Dark... So everyone should consider carefully! Never come back!……..Say goodbye!!!!!

This is my third time here, the previous two times on the beach side and in the bungalow were both great but this time was a bit disappointing. I stayed in a room on the hillside building, when I first checked in I discovered that the bathroom door wouldn't open and I had to call a repairman. At night (around 6pm) I discovered that the toilet wouldn't drain and I had to call a repairman to come fix it. At night (around 11pm) the toilet continued to not drain and kept making gurgling sounds which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. My family had to use the shared restroom outside. When I checked out I reported it to the reception and they said "Why didn't you tell us so we could come fix it?". I was really unhappy because no one really wants a repairman to come into their room in the middle of the night to fix it, it's better to use the shared bathroom for speed. So everyone should consider this when choosing a room.

I rarely write reviews, but this time my experience with The Vista was so great that I wrote a few lines to share with everyone. The rooms are extremely clean, airy and spacious. The swimming pool has games for children that are very interesting, the path down to the sea is extremely beautiful, the beach is calm and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is moderate, but the quality is good, the dishes are cooked like home-cooked food, and all the juices are made from Vinamilk. Last but not least, the staff, from the security guards, receptionists, chefs... are all friendly and hospitable. 10/10 and will recommend to friends and come back.

My family went the day after the holiday so there were no guests here, just my family. My room was next to the quiet mountain, at night I could watch the moon and stars, it was very beautiful, I could walk around the resort to relax in the evening. The staff here were very friendly. Especially the manager of the swimming pool area, even though it was only my child playing, every afternoon he opened the water in the play area in the middle of the lake for the child to play, the child really liked it, thank you to all the staff of the vista area for contributing to giving my family a truly memorable vacation.
