The hostess is very friendly, although it is under renovation, but the hostess is warm and has a kind voice, so I am satisfied. Will continue to support, the price is ok too, near Big C and Vin so it is convenient to go back and forth.

Everything from the manager, to the staff, to the facilities, hygiene, and space are great for the price🥰. I don't know if the food is good or not, so I haven't tried it yet. I will come back to support him next time.

Mình là khách miền nam ra Hà Nội lưu trú 1 hôm. Trải nghiệm của mình chia sẻ thật nhé. 1. Phòng hôi mùi ẩm và không có nước suối kèm theo. 2. Nhân viên chậm trong việc giải quyết khúc mắc của phòng mình ở có thể là do nhiều người trực nên nắm thông tin hơi lâu 3. Có thể mình ở trong này dịch vụ trải nghiệm tốt hơn nên đánh giá có phần mạnh tay và không đúng với phân khúc nhà nghỉ tại Hà Nội 4. Nhân viên không gửi trả CCCD khi mình check out. Và quan trọng là không có động thái liên hệ để trả CCCD. Mình phải liên hệ lại. Đến khi nhận lại, đơ vào trong nam thì mình phải thanh toán cước cho CCCD nhà nghỉ trả vào. 5. Từ đầu đếm cuối không thấy bên ấy xin lỗi hay báo với mình vì không liên hệ được mình hay thế nào. Nói chung dịch vụ không tốt đâu mọi người ạ. 6. Hoặc có thể dịch vụ thế này cũng là mặt bằng chung. Mình đánh giá trên này để các bạn ở Sài Gòn hoặc nơi khác tham khảo nha.

Mình quên chụp ảnh phòng nhưng phòng ổn áp, sạch, có nước nóng lạnh. không có tủ lạnh nhưng mà nước suối lạnh có bán tại quầy, có người trực xuyên suốt nên cứ xuống mua. Nhận phòng sớm vẫn được anh chị chủ hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và nhận giữ vali trc, liên hệ thuê xe hộ chúng mình . Lần đầu ra Han chơi nhưng nhận được rất nhiều sự giúp đỡ nên thực sự rất vui.
