Super nice staff!!! This is the first time we were visiting Da Lat. All staff were helping us with tour, taxi, map and everything. The room is great, best location super clean and big. Just a step to Da Lat Market, so perfect for us!

Location right at Da Lat night market, easy to move, convenient. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic support. However, the room soundproofing is not good, the sound of the elevator door, the voice of the room next door can still be heard clearly and loudly.

The hotel has nothing to complain about, although the soundproofing is not really good, but everything is ok. The facilities are spacious, clean, and the location is super prime, just a few steps away from the stairs down to the Market. The staff here are extremely nice. Will definitely come back here when coming to Dalat.

The staff is very enthusiastic in helping guests carry their luggage to the car both when arriving and departing. They will take the initiative to carry luggage when guests shop a lot and offer to help keep it until the day of departure for convenience. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean.

When I looked at the room on the app page, it clearly stated deluxe room without view, executive room with window... I looked at the traveloka page selling executive room with window, I thought it was more advanced than deluxe so it would have a view. But when checking in, the receptionist named Kim said that the lowest room in this hotel is executive and the room I booked had no view. Let me ask, if there is a window and in front of the window is a wall, what is the use of having a window? It's like intentionally misleading customers. If you don't view, write no view. In this world, there is not only city view. I appreciate any hotel that provides clear information, records information from the hotel side that is not wrong but yes or no, causing misunderstandings for customers, I will not come back next time.

I went right when the customer was doing repairs so... Hic, quite noisy, dusty and rocks were scattered. My room had a window, the hotel noted that there was no view. And... literally no view at all, a whole wall...

Khách sạn có sảnh và hành lang khá nhỏ nhưng bù lại phòng rộng, nội thất mới. Phòng view hướng thẳng ra chợ và 1 góc nhỏ hồ, sát chợ nên đi chơi rất thuận tiện. Nhược điểm là không có bãi xe riêng mà phải gửi ngoài. Đồ ăn sáng gọi món ổn nhưng do trungg món nên ngày 2 mình không ăn lại.
