Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We had a lovely sea view room, very clean and plent of space. Room had coffee and tea making facilities, shower in bath, tv, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. Also a fridge in the room. We had the breakfast which was of good quality Only issue was parking can be tricky. We fell lucky eventually and got a spot within a hundred yards of the hotel on the street, but spaces nearby are few and far between. All in all an enjoyable stay and would use this hotel again if staying in Llandudno. Great spot for the pier, prom and Mostyn Street for pubs and restaurants.

The hotel is lovely and modern. I chose this hotel because there is a sloped entrance and a lift as I have difficulty walking. The room was quite large and really clean. The weather was lovely when we visited and there was a fridge and a fan in the room which were a godsend. Very helpful and friendly staff. The cooked breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of continental breakfast choices. Will visit again.

The hotel itself was well decorated and modern. The staff were very friendly. When we dropped our bags we noticed a fusty smell so we opened the windows (which were cracked but I overlooked it for the price) and sprayed some body spray thinking it may have been a previous dog guest. We got back to the room for the evening and put our little boy straight in bed as he was shattered so went straight to sleep. After we'd spent a little more time in the room we noticed that there had obviously been a recent leak that the owners had attempted to paint over. The wall was damp to touch and had large stains and the smell became stronger and stronger with the windows closed. I was very close to asking for a room swap but didn't want to disturb my son so left it. The next morning we had tight chests so checked out pretty much straight away as we couldn't stand to stay in the room any longer. I mentioned it to staff at check out who just said they would take a look. I would have preferred a little more of an apology but hey ho. I think next time we'll have a look for another place to stay just to avoid a repeat of this occasion. It's a shame as overall it's a lovely place.

Firstly i was told the hotel was full. I had an email the previous evening from a female who i will not name here asking if i wanted single bed or double - i chose double. It was not done. The room (#106) had almost zero air, no air conditioning, the weather was warm outside, small window only opened to approx 10”,Hayley said it was the best she could do in a disinterested manor (clearly fed up with customer issues ( i had already put the small fan on full). We got zero sleep due to lack of air in a VERY tiny box room, so small there was no floor space unoccupied as there was a tiny desk w hard chair, 2 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets jammed in between the beds. Only 1 lamp working. Shower was wet room style but water did not drain as it should, it covered the whole floor right up to the door edge. No window in the bathroom therefore very dark no natural light which was unsuccessful in hiding the layers and layers of dated soap gunge around the shower area and up the walls. Taps, sink & toilet had multi finger marks and detritus of MANY previous guests as did the tv, remote control and coffee cups etc. Breakfast was good Basically the public areas, advertising photos etc are polar opposite to the reality presented to us at this hotel - it was filthy and of course we will not return. I hesitated a week to decide whether or not to give my honest feedback as i have previously read this hotel responses to other paying customers - a cut & paste short tongue in cheek thanks

My two-night stay was a study in contrasts. While the property itself is modern and clean, repeated failures in customer service, especially concerning breakfast, made the experience deeply disappointing. My stay began with a delayed check-in due to a room not being assigned. Although the receptionist was polite and welcoming, the administrative issues continued the next morning. When I went for my included breakfast, the dining staff treated me with distrust, disputing my room number and making me feel dishonest. The problem, which I ultimately had to resolve myself, was an error in their system. So I had to wait for 15 minutes. The following day was even more frustrating. I went to the reception desk at 10:18 AM to find it unattended. After a few minutes, a staff member appeared and informed me that I had missed breakfast, stating the cutoff was 10:15 AM. This contradicted the 10:30 AM time I was given at check-in. My request was politely refused, and no alternative was offered. It's a shame because the hotel has potential, featuring a pleasant bar and balcony. However, my single room did not live up to its advertisement. It was missing the promised slippers and laptop safe, the WiFi signal was very weak, and the TV was mounted in an impractical position, Otherwise it was really clean. Overall,a hotel is defined by its hospitality. While issues can arise anywhere, this hotel handled them with a lack of professionalism. Because of the poor service, I would hesitant to return.

I hate leaving a terrible review. This is someone’s business and it is a place of work. But this was a completely unacceptable experience. I stay in many hotels for work and pleasure each year (lucky me) and I’d like to think I’m flexible and reasonable and don’t expect the sun, moon and stars. But I do expect a room with air I can breathe. Yes, the hotel was clean, yes, reception was efficient, and yes, the bed was comfortable and the room well stocked. But despite being in a ‘superior’ room it was the single worst hotel experience I have had in twenty years. It was only 15 or 16 degrees outside, yet our on the top floor was an oven. The window opened only two inches and the thermostat told me it was 30 degrees. There was a fan provided - but sleeping with a booming fan might make sense in Singapore, but not in Wales. Eventually sleep happening around 5am but it was fitful. The room we were in is simply not fit for use. And yes, I asked for a change around 1am and none was available - and I would happily have walked a long distance to stay somewhere else, but by then I couldn’t book a new room online. The reviews suggest that there may be many nice rooms in the hotel but not all - plus Hotels.com inaccurately list this as a 4* when in fact it is a 3*. Deeply annoyed by a stressful night. Avoid.
