My stay at Protea Hotel in Ndola has been superb. The service is the best I've experienced in Zambia and the staff are doing a great job. I felt very well looked after.

Second time staying here. A clean and well kept property. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very helpful and polite staff, who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Another great Protea experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Hotel is the best hotel in the area and it is centrally located. The staff are well trained and always pay attention to guests. It does not have a gym which is unfortunate. On this particular trip the wifi was not reliable.

The beds were really comfortable, the shower, water pressure and temperature was very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was enjoyable and the bar looked nice, however i didnt have time to partake. The service was good, and accomodating as i had an early departure and a breakfast "to go" was prepared. Peter, the manager was extremely helpful and assisted with a small matter, it was addressed and settled.
