Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people.

The room was clean, and the service was great. However, it was on the older side. The air conditioner wasn't that strong. It helped cool us down after being out in the hot sun, but it never really went below 74 degrees. Pro, there was a Starbucks located at the hotel so if you needed caffeine, it's very convenient because the in-room coffee machine was not that great. Con, next to the hotel, on the side where our room was located, was a big construction site. Construction was happening during the day and during the evening, all the way until 2 a.m. or 3 a.m., so it was pretty noisy.

This hotel is excellently located in a modern part of the city, within walking distance to the old town and to the metro. Bus line 7 across the street will easily take you to Chapultepec Castle and to the Anthropology Museum. We felt totally safe walking to the Angel of Independence Monument where people gather in the evenings. Also, this hotel is the pick-up point for most organized tours. Our room was large and totally functional. We took the breakfast option and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it also came with a snack service in the evenings. The food was amazing in both cases, our congratulations to the chef! On our last day, the hotel provided a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of 400 pesos. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico City and highly recommend this hotel to future travelers.

The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good.

Terrible hotel. Small room, shower didn’t work, toilet overflowed, bed was uncomfortable, adjacent showers and toilets were heard all night.

When I arrived around 1p.m. to check in they told me I could not. I later came back and there was a long line of over 20 people, It took over 1.5 hours just to check in. Needless to say, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was not expecting much after this process.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was great. Unfortunately however, while there I got food poisoning after eating in one of their restaurants. To insult to injury, after informing the manager, he refused to take responsibility for the incident. I’m absolutely sure my food poisoning occurred while at their hotel because during my entire stay in Mexico I only ate there. I must add that during the food poisoning I was violently and thus ruining my vacation because I was unable to leave the hotel for three days!
