Excellent staff

I have stayed in too many hotels to count in Mexico City and I have to say that for its price, the Fiesta Americana Reforma is probably among my top 3. They pretty much always give me an upgrade if they have the room, it's well located, and there are lots of amenities. Sure, it's a bit dated, but in a good way that is so prevalent in CDMX. In short, if this place is available, I am generally staying here, even if it is a bit further down Reforma. Highly recommended.

After a long and tiring flight, I fell welcomed at Fiesta Americana Plaza Reforma. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to my status I was upgraded, with access to the executive lounge with free breakfast and canapés in the evening. I had a wonderful experience in CDMX. I can’t thank enough Fiesta Americana for making me feel valued.

Staff were amazing and truly cared about me. I would return. Area is also close walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Also was upgraded for evening happy hour in the business center which was very impressive and had amazing views!
