I love this hotel, it is my second time staying here. They upgraded my room to an executive suite, it was super nice. Very clean place, a bit older but totally worth it. The room had great views of the city. Totally recommend it.

We had an amazing experience! Provided breakfast with variety of options everyday. The complementary snack was basically lunch/dinner. A perfect gym with many machines and weights. Friendly staff and great customer service. The location is very central and close to all the tourist attractions in a safe area. The rooms are a little old but we had a room in floor 21 which had a great view of the city.

I had a good experience during my stay in CDMX. Staff were courteous and food was tasty. The hotel location is great as it is close to several touristic spots like Bosque de Chapultepec and La Basilica de Guadalupe.

There for one week and after the second night trash not taken, coffee and water never refilled had to call every night when we returned. Unfortunately my trip was cut short and there were no considerations for any credits.

Great location and clean rooms. Higher floors are much quieter than lower ones. Taxi drivers were excellent. Check-in experience varied, but concierge and outdoor staff were great.
