La habitación 604 tiene una lámpara del baño (foco) que se desatornilló del techo. Adicionalmente, es algo molesta la luz de la alarma contra incendio de la habitación al momento de dormir. Esto, ya que se prende cada pocos segundos y para la gente con el sueño ligero, les podría costar conciliar el sueño.

The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great in the beginning and helping us when our AC wasnt working but when we had to switch rooms, we had forgotten shoes in the prior room. We called and asked if they were there, they said no and that checked but we couldnt find them anywhere. So we called them again and we insisted to go into the room ourselves to check and they were there. We had to make a big deal to be able to get those back when that was no necessary. In addition, they made us go in circles. I went to the front desk for help but she said to go to the concierge. The concierge said to call 0. I call 0 and they said to talk to the concierge. It was just an unorganized system.

El problema fue la puerta del mini bar, la cual no tiene ningún letrero respecto a que no se debe abrir, la intentamos abrír sin darnos cuenta que estaba cerrado con llave y al jalar la puerta se estrelló el cristal. Claro que pagamos el monto correspondiente pero creo que ese evento demuestra que hacen falta precauciones para que no le pase a ningún otro huésped y no tenga ese gasto inesperado, totalmente accidental.
