LA habitación no contaba con servicio de refrigerador el baño sucio las cortinas viejas ya no cierran bien entra la luz la ventana no cierra por vieja muy malas condiciones ya la habitación la sábanas rotas y me extraña por qué no me había tocado un hotel así de esa cadena

When I arrived around 1p.m. to check in they told me I could not. I later came back and there was a long line of over 20 people, It took over 1.5 hours just to check in. Needless to say, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was not expecting much after this process.

El servicio bueno, habitaciones descuidadas, colchones demasiado incómodos con oyó ósea marcados por mega uso.

Muy agradable el lugar mucha afluencia turística, un poco lenta la recepción pero nada que reclamar ya que había muchos huéspedes

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was great. Unfortunately however, while there I got food poisoning after eating in one of their restaurants. To insult to injury, after informing the manager, he refused to take responsibility for the incident. I’m absolutely sure my food poisoning occurred while at their hotel because during my entire stay in Mexico I only ate there. I must add that during the food poisoning I was violently and thus ruining my vacation because I was unable to leave the hotel for three days!

Que por favor nos traten como clientes reward a los que somos socios reward. Recepción pésima de parte del supervisor y de la recepcionista en el check in. Me enviaron a piso 12, y el piso reward es 19 y 20 según mi experiencia. Al pedir explicaciones, de muy mal manera me dinero que no tenían registradas mis estancias en el hotel como socio r

Buenas camas, buena TV pero el cuarto falta una remodelación
