Very nice pls in the middle of Madrid with rooftop pool, bar and lovely ppl. Smooth stay at an affordable price

Stayed here more than once. Great hotel

We were very comfortable at the hotel for 4 days while touring Madrid. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool ,bar and restaurant were excellent after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was elegant and delicious. The location was in the heart of many great attractions. I look forward to staying here again.

Arrived early and room available straight away. Great relief! Stayed at Emperador on four visits to Madrid, and have always been made very welcome. Back same time next year!

Well situated and lovely hotel. Staff in the bar and pool area were wonderful. Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and rude.

We just loved the hotel and it's beautiful design and incredible rooftop bar AND pool. Active neighborhood. That was really fun and just a beautiful place all around! We hope to return!

The hotel was perfect except one thing: Even though we got an interior room and there was no noise from the street, there was noise from the hallways from people returning late at night, which was very disturbing and woke us up every time.

Only stayed 1 night. Hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view out the window was very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is only thing good. On Gran Via and close to all. Receptionist were good, profesional and welcoming.

The check-in process was smooth and they helped us with getting a taxi to the airport for our very early flight when we left. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only negative would be that at certain times of the day there may be long wait times for the elevators.

The bathroom smells. Really old property and for the price that you pay its not worth it.

Mattress was uncomfortable. It does not match a great hotel such as the Emperador. Same goes for lack of light in the bathroom area. As for the rest, this hotel is a beautiful, well loccated property with an excellent staff.

Lovely hotel with big pool and lots of space. We loved it and recommend it to families traveling with a baby too.

We loved the location, very convenient to all the places to visit in Madrid. Very friendly stuff and knowledgeable for helping a tourist with directions.
