Nice area of Madrid

Quick overnight stay and wish we had more time to stay longer. Check-in process for 3 guest rooms was smooth. Offered glass of sparkling wine & staff took our family photo in the lobby. Clean, quiet, well-appointed room and bathroom. Will stay here again. Walkable to Parque de Retiro and restaurants in Alcalá and Salamanca barrios.

The night my daughter stayed with us , The room was too small for three!!!! I know that it stated a suite but we were too uncomfortable. The room was great though ! The people in the front desk were wonderful and very helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was very good!

I’ve never had a bad experience at an H10 property! Staff at H10 Puerta de Alcalá were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Mentioned a minor problem with the shower leaking to housekeeping and within 10 minutes there was someone there to check it out.

when we arrive they told us tha t there was an air conditioning problem and that they had placed us in another hotel just at the corner. that hotel was so far away that we called them to tell them it was unacceptable. they put us in a hotel with two little beds ( not even my kids would fit there. disaster experience
