The pictures are not the same online as in person. The hotel is very unpleasant.

Several things didn't work: bathroom sink light, bathroom doorknob, a/c, and closet door didn't open. When I told the desk clerk during checkout, all I got was an apology and some type of explanation about them doing renovations. Nothing was mentioned about that when I made the reservation

The staff was very nice and cordial. The elevator was not working upon arrival but was soon fixed. The linens were clean. The sink had been leaking and woodwork showed wear and tear. The worse part was something red and dried brown on door of bathroom from doorknob down to floor. Very unsanitary looking. Room 205

The property was very outdated. The room smelled like smoke. There were roaches crawling on the floor in the bathroom. There were very shady looking individuals around the outside of the hotel. It made us very uncomfortable. So we cancelled the stay. Very upset the Wyndham hotels would put their name on the property. I will hesitate to book any other hotel with the “by Wyndham” on the property name.

The room was cramped. There were no tissues. The road noise was very, very loud. The hotel was like a painted over old Holiday Inn type with outside entrances. The AC was poor. No trash barrel by the bathroom. Of the few electrical plugs, several did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The freezer part of the mini fridge did not freeze. I am very surprised Wyndham would have there name associated with this property.

Easy access to I-75. Lots of dining options nearby.

I ended up not staying. I didn't feel safe. not a clean and comfortable area.

Didn’t end up staying as German roaches were present and I have a video. Will be calling hotels.com for a refund.

No knives , spoons, napkins, orange juice , yougert, or eggs for breakfast. Multiple cracks in sink. The entire place needs a lot of maintenance.

Poor hotel

They had to check four rooms before I could get in one! Plumbing broke, refrigerator not working, electrical issues, rooms not made up and the whole place was in disarray they let that place go down not fixing things. I have stayed in Baymont many times this was the worst one I've ever been in if this is what they're going to continue to look like and let them fall apart I will no longer use Baymont what a shame it was a one-time wonderful chain of hotels!

There were roaches crawling in the bed and on the floor. The blinds were damaged and had a gaping hole, so privacy was compromised. I did not stay the night. The attendant declined to give me a refund.

Too noisy , room wasn’t in the best condition , bed uncomfortably was not pleased

The hotel called me while I was in route and said even though I had a reservation that they had no rooms.

Broken elevator. Cant climb stairs. Never checked into motel.

The building and rooms need alot of work repairing things. For example, our bathroom faucet barely had any water coming out, the room curtain was wrinkled and torn, the air/ heat equipment was too noisy to use, we went down for breakfast and barely any food was available, the drink vending machine didn't work. On the other hand the staff were excellent trying to make up for all the problems. When our taxi didn't show up, the hotel manager made a phone call and got us an Uber ride quickly.

My reservation was cancelled the day before my arrival due to renovations. Totally unacceptable. Will not use Expedia for future reservations based on this experience.

I didn’t like anything about this property. We will never stay here again.

It was noisy, bugs were in the rooms and sketchy people in the hotel rooms
