Thank you so much. Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The food was very good. Breakfast was excellent. The family room for four was a little uncomfortable. However the overall stay was superb. Would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is in a good location with a car park. The breakfast is charged extra, but is pretty decent. The room, are very commercial and not new, but ok.

This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of value for money. It's clean, comfortable, centrally located, and close to everything you'd need. Breakfast was also very good. Honestly, there was nothing I felt could be improved upon, I genuinely can't think of anything more I could have asked for, especially at this price. Highly recommended!

Room is a good size , very clean, all good other than the bed which was very uncomfortable unfortunately, far too hard, not as good by a long way when compared with the Premier Inn mattress.

Great central location for the City, with the Docks & Old City easily walkable Issues with the shower the first morning - couldn't turn it on. The staff were very helpful but it took 3 members of staff to turn it on. It was obviously a known problem, so should have been checked. I was offered a complementary breakfast. The room was very warm and the air conditioning didn't have any effect Seemed to be plenty of spaces in the hotel car park

Located within walking distance from the Bristol Temple Meads station, this hotel is fine. The room I was in is quite big with a comfortably firm bed. For those who are into the retro 2000s era style, this is the hotel to be in. The room is a bit dated, but at least they do a good job in up keeping the interior.

Nice modern building and close to the railway station (10-15 min walk) However I was given a room overlooking the garbage area at the back of the hotel. Yuk. Room was so stuffy. Bathroom was extremely tiny!!! Bedding was not tucked in. So strange. Pillows need replacing (did someone wrestle them all night till they were misshapen?

We had a great one night stay, in a clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, and the best part, our dog was allowed for a small fee, which is a huge bonus. The overnight parking seems to be a bit more than should be, but overall a very pleasant place. Definitely will check in again at some point.

Great value with breakfast included and great central location with underground parking (£16 not too bad for 24hrs) Room itself was clean and tidy but showing it's age a little compared to newer hotels in the area. Main thing that impacted the stay was a party being hosted in the hotel with

Good location within walking distance to the railway. Staff were very helpful changing our room as we needed power at the bedhead not possible in our original room. Restaurant food was excellent. Great food and reasonably priced.
