Outstanding

We had a wonder stay here. Hotel could benefit from door sweeps on all doors though as sounds carries from room to hallway and vice versa.

As always, a great hotel to stay at. Very clean, quiet and the staff are remarkable.

Parking lot a bit sketchy. Some homeless hanging out.

This is the best hotel in Regina, bar none. Location was walking distance to everything; it FEELS so luxurious. We spend a happy hour or two in the lounge every night and were absolutely spoiled by Michael and Dean. Will be back for sure.

Great hotel. Lots of character

Beautiful old hotel. Dining was great. Lounge/bar very comfortable. Parking is beside the hotel, city lot. No Bellman to greet you unless you buzz for assistance.

The room was very nice, however a noise started around 10:00pm of pipes banging from under the shower area and went on intermittently all through the night into the next day. Because it was late and we were already in bed we chose to put ear plugs in and close the batheroom door to minumize the sound. In the morning I made a video capturing the noise and took it to the front desk and played the it for the desk reception. The manager was called and apologized for the situation commenting hot water system had recently had some work done and perhaps that was the reason. All they where willing to do other than the apology was to compensate for my parking charge of one night. I will not stay there again.

I always laugh/cry when nice hotels save money on cheap toilet paper. Guys, the money you're saving on cheap tp isn't worth it. My only complaint.

Better parking would be nice

Very comfortable stay with excellent staff. We also particularly enjoyed the lobby bar with a big shout out to Dean for looking after us every time we were there.

Im defs coming back to this hotel. I enjoyed my stay there
