This is the best hotel in Regina, bar none. Location was walking distance to everything; it FEELS so luxurious. We spend a happy hour or two in the lounge every night and were absolutely spoiled by Michael and Dean. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful old hotel. Dining was great. Lounge/bar very comfortable. Parking is beside the hotel, city lot. No Bellman to greet you unless you buzz for assistance.

The room was very nice, however a noise started around 10:00pm of pipes banging from under the shower area and went on intermittently all through the night into the next day. Because it was late and we were already in bed we chose to put ear plugs in and close the batheroom door to minumize the sound.
In the morning I made a video capturing the noise and took it to the front desk and played the it for the desk reception. The manager was called and apologized for the situation commenting hot water system had recently had some work done and perhaps that was the reason. All they where willing to do other than the apology was to compensate for my parking charge of one night.
I will not stay there again.

I always laugh/cry when nice hotels save money on cheap toilet paper. Guys, the money you're saving on cheap tp isn't worth it. My only complaint.

Our favorite hotel in Regina! Check in is always smooth and friendly, love the rooms, especially the two bedroom Whitmore Suite with the view of downtown. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the treats they delivered were an appreciated surprise! We even had housekeeping service on the Saturday, which is a rare treat these days with most hotels opting not to provide service during the stay.
The ambiance and decor is always relaxing and comfortable, with close parking and fast elevators. We really can't say enough positives. The steak supper on the Friday evening was delicious, along with the rhubarb drink the server recommended to my husband for his birthday!
We will definitely be back!
