どこへ行くにも便利でした。レセプションの対応はとても良く部屋は清潔でしたが、唯一コップが汚れていたことは気になりました。

Everything and everyone was amazing

Entire hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Unwelcoming management and staff. Very loud work was being done between 12 am and 6 am.

Great ambience for the whole hotel

Despite booking and paying well in advance through Expedia for a king room, we encountered an issue upon arrival. The hotel claimed they were sold out of our reserved room type and tried to downgrade us to a queen room. We rejected this offer. They then proposed a noisy king room by the elevator, which we also turned down. Conveniently, after these rejections, the hotel miraculously found an available king room matching our original reservation. Despite a $290ish price tag a night breakfast was not included. On a positive note the hotel is beautiful and has a lot of history. Its location offers walking distances to the mall, restaurants and walking paths.

A very enjoyable stay. Quick check in very clean and and good size corner room. Staff was excellent in all areas of the hotel. Lounge was very cozy and the menu was great with a good selection of cocktails and food.

I was really looking forward to my stay at The Hotel Saskatchewan, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived I noticed there was a used, empty bottle left behind the coffee station. The bathroom overall was not clean and the grout in the shower was visibly dirty. When I requested flip-flops from the spa to use in the shower, I was told to wear the polyester slippers instead, which felt unsanitary. I also had to call down separately to request a robe. I decided to booked a tub soak in the morning because I did not want to use the shower. Room service was another area that fell short — Dinner arrived cold, the potatoes were undercooked and my trout had the skin on it. Even small requests became complicated; in the morning when I requested cream, I was sent milk. On the morning of checkout my facial ran extremely late so the front desk kindly extended my checkout time but that information was not communicated to the night staff. As a result, I had staff knocking on my door while I was trying to get ready, which added unnecessary stress on top of an already uncomfortable situation. Altogether, the stay felt very disorganized, with a clear lack of communication between departments. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback. I truly hope the hotel takes this as an opportunity to improve, as the property itself is undeniably beautiful.

The lounge/restaurant was beautiful with great service. The drinks are creative and very good. The breakfast was amazing, salmon toastie. The room/suite was very clean and comfortable.

The rooms were clean and elegant, and the staff were very friendly. Great stay!

Stayed for our wedding night, room was upgraded. All staff treated us great from front desk to circa 27 staff mixing drinks for the wedding party, and to the room staff who left us a couple nice doughnuts and a congrats note. Great experience all around
