All very nice

The magnetic door opener did not function well. It took 10-15 tries to finally open. The toilet seat was too flimsey. The food is excellent and the services at the restaurant very well.

First impressions were great. We had two rooms, for a 5 night stay. In that time, both rooms had to have maintenance called twice, due to blocked toilets. The sink didn’t drain properly either. Staff were lovely and the location was very good for exploring México City. Pool area was pleasant. Hot tub was boiling hot on one day. Good job that afternoons were always cloudy, as there were only five sun loungers in total.

Clean room, excellent staff and great location

I am not person who posts reviews, however How is this hotel ranked as wonderful? My room was poor cleaned including blood drops splashed on walls and a cabinet. I requested change of room since it was late night in the middle of Mexico City then I could not cancel it … we had issues in the restaurant as well with a not good tasting Burguer, answer from the chef was all meats are frozen. Not good place to be recommended.

Great location, very clean, quiet, and staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't working during my stay. That's too bad, but these things happen. Still, very good value, I'd say.

We booked a hotel room with a city view and pool to enjoy the last days of vacation, but pool was not working. This information doesn’t mentioned on the website or reception, so we paid the full amount of stay - but pool was not working. For the same cost we could get any other hotel with open rooftop pool.

Advertisement for pool and hot tub. None to be found. Also, coffee makers in rooms but have to go to restaurant and PURCHASE coffee for in-room coffee maker. Major disappointment. Room key kept not working.

This hotel was by no means 4 stars. The water from the shower leaked from under the door and flooded the bathroom with each use. Although we specified a queen bed the bed was at best a full and had only 2 small pillows. Even when the do not disturb sign was on the door the cleaning staff insisted on banging on our door several times at 8am, and once even just barging in. The sound from the hallways carried under the doors and talking by staff and neighboring rooms woke us up several times before 7am. Overall the hotel was very dark and dated and with the pool and hot tub being out of service there was very little to look forward to or enjoy at the hotel.

The hotel was nice based on cost and location. My one complaint is the cost of laundry and no option to do it yourself and that the pool and hot tub were closed for annual maintenance which was not noted on their website or our reservation. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was for the rooftop pool!
