Room was fine. Buffet breakfast was very good. Cleaning staff did not clean room after the first night. When I returned to hotel I asked front desk for fresh towels and they offered to have room cleaned, but I said I was fine with just fresh towels, which were brought to the room quickly. I did ask about freezing some ice packs I need to keep medication cool but hotel declined.

Property is good, but elevators by the entrance were poor; one not working at all the I almost was trapped in the other one (was out of order the next morning). If you didn't know there were more elevators you would have needed to take the stairs

Welcomed by friendly staff. A clean room, comfy bed and a delicious breakfast. It was a great stay!

Staff were tremendously friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was tight and creepy at night but HP was exceptionally professional and personable.

The location is excellent if you're wanting to be in the downtown core. Parking availability at the hotel was an important factor for me and their parking price was affordable. Only thing that threw me off was the lack of a second glass shower door. Water was spraying out onto floor and wall. Cool recreation spot in basement with bowling, Mini putting and arcade. Indoor pool was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service and super clean everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful when we asked for some suggestions in the area.

A pleasant and helpful front desk. A clean and quiet room. A tasty breakfast in the morning. The only issue was an elevator that seemed to be out-of-service for the duration of my stay that had no signage to let guests know it wasn’t working properly. But otherwise a nice stay in an above average Kitchener property.
