Good location, clean room, pillows are a little hard but that maybe my preference, use of the health centre and pool was included, nice perk. Would recommend

I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean.

The room was clean. The bed was a twin but could be made into a double. The bracket had be left on one of the twin bed which we kept banding into our leg every time we walk passed. Which was a lot.

When booking with this hotel make sure that breakfast is included in the fee for the room. Otherwise you will be paying 15 pounds for every meal. Also, the outlets are not the normal to outlets that you would see in modern hotels. Make sure to get a three prom to change your electronics. The Wi-Fi is not that get.

Bit better communication between reception and bar staff, wanted a bucket of ice reception told me to go to the bar and the bar staff said I could only have it if I brought a bottle of Prosecco.

Reminded me of Crossroads motel… old and outdated. Tired rooms. Could do with a facelift

The staff aren't very helpful they do not offer any help with your luggage. The leaflet in the room says if you've got any questions ask reception I asked reception about leaving the hotel and which way to drive The member of staff couldn't answer my question. After the first night in the morning I put my card on the door handle to let the staff know that I needed my room to be serviced all I really needed was clean cups. I came back that evening to find the tag still hanging on the door I went inside and there were still filthy cups there. The next morning I am quiet at reception when I was going out for the day to see if they had forgotten to do my room that I was then informed that they don't service the rooms unless you are staying for 5 days or more I was only staying for 3 nights. So by putting the card out which is left there for you nothing was done to my room so what am I supposed to do for 3 days with my dirty cups am I expected to go to reception each day asking for clean ones. What what is the point of the tag system being put on the door handle. The rooms were lovely and warm until the middle of the night and you would wake up absolutely boiling there was nowhere for you to turn it down there was no fan to put on to try and counteract the heat because I was on the ground floor there were not proper windows just the Louvre type Which let in enough fresh air but because you on the ground floor facing the car park you can't leave your curtains op a bit of training.

Room was spotless. Staff were polite and very helpful. Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - thoroughly enjoyable. Nice meal and drink afterwards. Lovely peaceful, refreshing nights sleep. Nice breakfast in the morning.
